Step 1 : Put the render where nessasary and duplicate the layer.

Step 2 : If the background isnt white, make a new layer under all the layers and use the paint bucket tool set on white. If the background is white, skip Step 2.

Step 3 : With the bottom render layer, do a motion of Angle 0 and Distance 50.

Step 4 : Duplicate the blurred layer arround 4-6 times and arrange the blurred layers so that there is no white background and make it look like it flows.

Step 5 : Merge all the blurred layers into one layer (ctrl + e) and do a motion blur of Angle 0 and Distance (20-50)

Step 6 : Make an outline of your render with the laso tool and do a feather of 10-20 and then Right Click > Select Inverse, then click Delete/Del.

  3. i used adobe photoshop CS 2, note that 7 is NOT better than CS 2, CS 2 although looks harder to use, the shortcuts are more capeable, an example of this is how with 7 you cant merge multiple layers, you can only merge them 1 by 1. But in CS2 you can merge multiple layers at the same time :P and there arnt problems.

  4. lol yeah it was motion blur :(, lol it is my first motion blur sig so heh, dont get too rough on me :( lol yeah i like the text too but it didnt really fit in without the slight motion blur in it. With the render, i had a V1 but that turned out stupid because he would always be too light for some reason :P, heh thanks

  5. lol SA got removed off the market, but i have had the PS2 version since it came out, lol im kinda borded of the game, its addictive at first but once you starte getting to the hard parts of the game you NEED cheats... lol and most of the time you end up getting stuck and that is when you get border (well personal opinion).Gta SA however is heaps better than Vice City and the other series, i liked how everything was so much better appart from the graphics which wasnt much different to Vice City's graphics.
