Thanks WD I am better now but still that Migraine hasn't gone fully away. I am drinking chamomile and honey hoping it would help Sometimes it does! Wow I hope you don't take it the wrong way but your comment made me feel like finally someone shares and understands my pain of suffering migraines

people usually have migrianes or headaches do to stress or anxiety. people don't like the headaches but do nothing to try to cope or illeviate the stress. meditation is a good technique. with your racing thoughts, it may be hard, but you should really practice clearing your mind so your body can relax.
