I'd go to the support centre here: https://support.xisto.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submitChoose the "ABUSE" option and submit a ticket. It will get forwarded to whoever is best able to deal with it.

what's being infringed upon? why don't you state it openly? maybe the op can edit their post so it doesn't violate any copyrights

Thanks for the answers. I submited a ticket a few days ago, still nothing happend.It is not related to this forum or post. It is the whole website http://www.premiumpsd.com/ hosted at Xisto servers. It has stolen materials from all over the web, including a lot of my own graphics.

Unfortunately all I can suggest is contacting the support department as I detailed before. If they're not responding then that is very unprofessional of them - I usually get a rapid response, especially in matters like this.Have you tried contacting the website's owner?

Alternatively, the next step would be to take legal action. After all, you are accusing them of breaking the law, and none of us are trained legal professionals (as far as I know) so a solicitor would be a logical next step for advice.

I have just submitted an abuse claim. The form was not long enough to list every page in which they stole our images. It is highly important that someone gets back to us as this is an urgent matter.

I get so many people contacting me ; God knows from what Source, asking me to shut down a site that does not even belong to my network...

Thank You Opaque for amending my comment, something seems funny though about even if that website belongs on the network, well anyway hope the person reporting it sorts out the problem they have unless they just wanted abit of traffic to their website.

if I was the person reporting the claim I would ask them to do a domain lookup and then send a letter or email to the domain owner requesting they took my items off of their website or give them a wee call and see if they will take the items off the website.

if you do not get any luck on contacting them then look into contacting their website host and put a copyright claim at dynadot dot com/copyright_policy.html as for Guest_Heather_ do a domain look up and follow the steps I provided if contacting the domain owners does not work try going to the domain providers website and contact them and put in a copyright claim.

Aren't you able to report infringing sites to their domain provider to get the domain locked as well? If so, I think the best course of action is to report it to both the hoster and the domain provider (assuming they're different).

Could also be that they just gave up. Sadly this is what happens in most cases. People get tired of doing what they feel is wasting their time, and they just let people get away with the behavior.

This exacerbates the problem though. The less reports there are against people, the less chance there is of getting help. If tons of people are filing complaints about the same person/group for the copyright infringement, it shows that it's a big problem. When people ignore it and move on they aren't just hurting themselves, but everyone else as well.

webhost are most of the time busy dealing with other problems like abuses on the network (like child porn, adult content or hacking scripts) that copyright does not really go at the top of the list of problems they deal with so I understand it from the side of the web host because most of the time they are a small team or even worst one person and therefore can not deal with complaints fast. well I hope the people got their complaints sorted,
