errors making my own server

Hi! I finally made my server working but I cant change anything from the conf folder. Everytime I change something on it server crashes and I got an error message lik "unknown pallette" or somehing like that. Also have an error eith the data.Grf file not located. Need help. Tnx!

I couldn't find a dll named cygprce-0.Dll and I was wondering If there is a way to play ragnarok pserver offline?(private for myself only )

Thank you. This has helped me out a lot. But i decided to use e-Athena and My-S-Q-L to host the server. Although this tutorial was very well written. The e-Athena one has a little more help to it because they say it out word for word and provide some pictures that help even more. They also give the links to the files that needed to be downloaded. This is a very good tutorial but I have to say i'm sticking with the e-Athena one.
