Hey, did anyone else know there was a movie for the best seller Final Fantasy 7? It's called Final Fantasy 7 and it's awesome.There's a rematch between Sephiroth and Cloud which is started by a new enemy.Kadaj creates another Reunion to bring back Sephiroth. They threaten the guy of Shinra(leader, forgot his name) for Jenova's neck because they need it for Reunion.The leader is threatened yet and yet again for the Neck.While this is happening, Tifa is fighting one of Kadaj's gang members(Kadaj is the new bad guy) in a 1v1 battle for the safety of Marlene. Tifa wins the first round and leaves the guy in a couple of chairs.(They were fighting in a church, where Cloud now lives).As the guy is defeated, you hear the song from FF7, the victory song after you win a battle. Da-da-da!-da!-dadada!That's the guy's cell phone ring tone and he then calls for a rematch. Tifa gets in ready position and the guy throws a chair at her. She breaks it in half with her Limit Break but is shocked three times with the guy's electro spike. He teleports behind her and shocks her three times. He then picks her up and tosses her around and kidnaps Marlene.Cloud comes back to the church to find Tifa there. He then is overcome by Geostigma, a disease that is all over their city and kills and weakens.The city is then under attack by Bahamut(Kadaj summons this to persuade the leader of Shinra to get the NEck for him). Tifa is under attack by Bahamut and tries to do her Limit Break on the huge summoning but can't because of it's size. As the beast is about to kill Tifa, there comes Barett out of nowhere shooting Bahamut and there at his side is Red XIII with Cait Strait. They grab onto the beast and try to damage it but no scratches.Then comes Cid and Vincent, each trying to kill this beast. Then last comes in Yuffi throwing her boomerang at the Beast and STILL failing.Who's job is it now to save the city? Of course Cloud's!There comes Cloud on his moter cycle and he picks up Tifa and goes for the Beast. The beginning of the end!He then goes for the beast from the top of a building slashing and trying to kill it. The action here is simply superb, possibly the best action scene ever made. Bahamut is fallen by Cloud's sword strike but rises into the sky to unleash it's energy attack. Seeingthis Cloud quickly tries jumping for it but it's too high in the air. Cid launches Cloud in the air with his Mop and Cloud is helped again and again by Tifa, Yuffi, Vincent, and Red XIII.Once he is in the air, the beast is STILL too high in the air to go for. And then "she" comes back into his memories. Aeris. She makes him push himself to his limits and mentally pushes him. You see Cloud breaking the sound barrier as blue energy forms around him. He then cuts the beast in half by dragging his sword through it and there goes Bahamut, BYE BYE!Back at the leader of Shinra. Kadaj wonders, "What shall I summon next?".ANd then, the crippled leader gets upa nd throws the box with Jenova's neck. Kadaj is bewildered that the neck had been next to him all along. The leader hits the box with a bullet making it leak. Kadaj retrieves it a bit before CLoud and there goes a huge motorcycle chase and fight. CLoud defeats Kadaj's 2 members and chases Kadaj back to the church. There, Cloud is once again affected by the Geostigma but this time, Healing Water from the Ancients cures him.ANd then, the climax of the movie, the one moment that represents the whole movie. Even with the Geostigma gone, Cloud can barely stand. Then, a voice sounds in his ear and a single drop of water falls into a puddle, making a loud "pluck" sound. And then she speaks, "Let's go...Cloud". Aeris of course!Cloud is refiled with energy to fight for her and they head back to the city. They are now at huge domed buildings and Kadaj and Cloud fight. In the end, Kadaj hangs from a roof, and Cloud is standing over him.Then Kadaj, out of desperation, jumps in the air and says, "I'll show you my Reunion!".Cloud sees what is going on and jumps for Kadaj. As Kadaj lands, Cloud does the Braver on him. But as soon as the two guys collide, Cloud turns to look at Kadaj to see an old friend that he had long destroyed.Sephiroth..."It's been a long time...Cloud", mutters Sephiroth, holding his blade against Cloud's Omnislash.And then Cloud is thrown around like a sack of potatoes. Sephiroth says, "Interesting...what made you get stronger?"."I'll never tell it to the likes of you!". shouts Cloud and they start fighting again, Sephiroth tearing down buildings with one stroke of his sword, Cloud trying to dodge the falling building stuff. And then, Sephiroth pins Cloud while he is sitting to a air conditioner? He stabs Cloud right through the shoulder.Ouch...anyways,Sephiroth thinking he has won, asks, "What is most important to you? So I may have the pleasure of destroying it?", gloating.Cloud then recalls everything that has happened in the 2 years...Aeris, the children, JENOVA, his friends, Tifa, and his destruction of Sephiroth.Then, this is where the crowd got wild! says, "You don't understand anything at all do you...There is nothing that isn't important to me!", and he pulls out the blade. Sephiroth snickers and then smiles and floats up into the air.He thinks he is about to finish CLoud off but then, Cloud slings out his sword and five swords from within the mechanical sword come out, being like magnets to hold Sephiroth in place.Sephiroth is surprised and gives a huge gasp. Then, a the whole crowd went wild, very hard to hear, but this is what happened. In the game, you could only do up to Omnislash LVL 4. Cloud did Omnislash LVL 5. He became a gold portrait of himself and slashed through Sephiroth, back again, through him from the top, and the last one, right through him from the bottom. Cloud jumps to the ground and says, "Stay quiet in my memories...".Sephiroth turnns into the one Winged Angel and says, "I will not become a mere memory...".Then his feathers fade away to reveal kadaj..limply falling to the ground, He then dies in Cloud's hands and joins the Lifestream.And that's basically the end and the most important parts of the movie.TO download it, search on Limewire under videos for Final Fantasy 7 and the one with the most sources is FF7: Advent CHildren. This movie is absolutely the best.

Dude I saw that movie! The graphics from that movie is unbelievable. I don't know how they make it so detailed. Basically I think the craftmanship is really good, and the storyline from final fantasy is good too. I think everyone should see this movie. No other movie has better animation then this.

Yeah very good movie. The only complain i have is that it was a tad bit jerky and kinda random in parts. However, overall an awesome movie

Yep, really have to love the CGI in Advent Children. I felt the story was rather "tacked" on to the ending of Final Fantasy VII though. Advent Children itself felt rather short, and the story rather pointless anyway. Majority of the movie is devoted to fighting - which is either a good or bad thing depending how you look at it.Gotta love the remixes of the old Final Fantasy VII music - I'm glad Uematsu came back to do the movie Oh - and I love Cloud's sword. I want one!

that's indeed a cool cartoon movie...i have watched 3 times at least :)fortunately that i have collected FF 7 RM format.the same to me,i do like the beginning theme song,sounds nice...

I totally agree, FF7: Advent Children was way too short but the entire movie was not devoted mainly to fighting. You can understand it through what they talk about in the fights and stuff.Basically, they want another REUNION. But in order to do that, they need Sephiroth because only he was ever strong enough to summon J-E-N-O-V-A for REUNION. But in order to get back Sephiroth, they need J-E-N-O-V-A's neck.In the game, Cloud was weaker then Sephiroth cause he was holding back. In the end of the game, you see Cloud at his fullest taking down Sephiroth. In the movie, Kadaj can't even hit Cloud because Cloud is at his full strength.Basically, Cloud is and always was the better SOLDIER member. Sephiroth is no match for Cloud when Cloud is fighting all out, free of worry. But in the movie, Cloud worries because he tries to forgive himself for Aeris's death because he can't. Aeris forgives him and heals him with the Healing Water and he is then free of all worry and has no hesitation to kill Kadaj and guys. That is why he kicks their **bottom** without even getting hurt. But when Sepiroth comes back, memories fill him from 2 years ago(the game) and he hesitates again. He does not have any hesitation when Sephiroth asks him for the most important thing to him. He sees what Sephiroth used to be and still is and he remembers Aeris and the world and everything.He has no more pity and hesitates no more to unleash his unbeatable attack: OMNISLASH. What can I say....the rivalry between Cloud and Sephiroth is the best ever made in the gaming industry...P.S. Does anyone know of the secret battle between Cloud and Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts?

I dont understand that script really (I stopped reading at anout 1/3rd). Im not much into FF but i recently got FF4 for GBA and its got a fairly good story. How long is that movie anyway? I might check it out later. Also, isnt that a major spoiler for those who havent watched it but would like to? I hate iot when i get a games (its usually with games with me) story spoiled.

ughhh Final Fantasy.. i really dont like final fantasy is good at all.. i deffinatly wouldnt want to see this movie and i hope when im over a friends house they dont watch it eitheri dont want to sound negative but i just HATE all final fantasy junk

i went over to a friends house today and we watched about 5 different animes or however you spell it..and most of them, i did not like....but we saw FF7 and i absoloutly loved it ane mi dont know why..i though watching animes would be the worst thing that ever happened to me.but i acculy liked it the graphcs were awsome! and the ending was kool

I've seen the Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. I don't know if this is the movie you people are talking about but that's a very interesting movie nice graphics. Amazing what people can do with computers these days. Alot of movies these days seems to be being made from computers.

I would rather see the FF7 game plot put into movie form, whether it be cartoon or cgi. The plot of the game is absolutely wonderful. Advent Children seemed like just eye candy for FF7 fans. Hurray we get to see all the characters in non block format!  Nevermind that the plot cannot stand alone without the game due to a lack of depth.
