btw.. what will it be used for, Final)arkJon?for server or just client or stand alone PC?If its for server i recomend linus as xboxrulz's said.but if just for client/stand alone PC, what application do u need? game, internet or just office tools?if u are a gamer, that spec is enough for current. but if just office app, thats more than just enough.

Yes Andrew..i've tried it. its not as difficult as i guess before..this tool is very important 4 webmaster. one of most i loved from cPanel.just put ur command and wait for ur email report. well done

Dear All..i need backup my subdir into tar.gz fileas we know we have cron job at our cpanel..is it possible to do this using that tool?lets say scheduling a job for creating tar.gz on certain sub-dir into a file.tar.gz at specific time. then we will download it (the result file.tar.gz) from web?usually i use tool: backup, but it use for all data in home dirthanx in adv..

i think, the gamer choose the console machine whether PSP or DS is just like using tools, what ever it is. the important thing is which game do they love to play.. so the question is which game do we want?btw i choose DS..

btw... what OS do u use?some new OS like WXP, Server 2003, even Linux may be detect it automatically.if still cant, im sure ur wcam is defective.

at home i still use crt 21 inch sony.. max res 2xxx * 19xx pixels. max 150hz @ 800x600pix.in the office i use lcd 20" compaq w/ max res 16xx * 12** pixels and 19" sony w/ max res 12xx * 10xx pixels.means crt resolution still higher than lcd monitor, but lcd have no flicker (freq) screen, its good for eyes.

yes actually i hate it too..but i have a little smile now :)coz.. i can run it with other PC with still use scsi disk. not ide.there was always unabe to boot even i untar from tape backup from original system. and even it run with original PC. the sector always change in other PC. now, i force it with "dparam". bingo!

ok, more understood now..some days ago i found some cctv expert and told about them XP.riences. they said that ip-cctv will make LAN traffic crowded with bad quality. currently its designed for multimedia, not for security reasons. it needs some years again for get the reliable performance.better than ip-cctv, we must chose DVR..

try 2 look up the BIOS.set 1st initial to AGP or PCI. change its IR.or try default seting as well.means u have to try any possibility w/o hdd connected, just to ensure the problem from PC or OS.

i think doesn matter what version is it.just use 1st at cPanel, u can upgrade it after then.if u need 2 use newest version just download from it source. then do/run script for install/update. finish.

Well im my opinion both the boards serve their purpose for posting messges etc. but i think IPB has better and more features for admin. I think its more popular also (correct me if i am wrong ) i ever try IPB before phpBB. seems similar features. and i found system backup at phpBB but not at IPB. it was months ago. i dunno for the latest version.
