Well, sitemaps are good tool for a search engine robot. Search engine robots find it easy to index your pages and that is the reason why people prefer to use sitemaps. I don't think anyone actually uses it for the navigation however, Googlebot uses it regularly

Yes, that is right most of the times calls do get routed to India.Now, having the accent problem is natural. If those people can adjust and understand the accent then I think there is no harm for others to try and hear them. well, if you are using Outlook express then all the messages download on your computer and non is left on the web space, unless & untill you've selected the option to do so! Well, it is always easy to say that "i hate this" or "I hate that" but if you look at the business point of view then I think you'll do exactly what dell is doing at this point of time. Anyway, I think dell support is great...now I am not a customer of Dell but still I think their support policy is good. The reason is that they are providing lifetime part replacement policy, which no other companies like HP dont provide. I am sure about HP because I've worked in their technical support myself.

Well, I use blogger & I love it! My both websites : Mayank & Software review are powered by Blogger only. I know most of the people think that it lacks many featuers which are their in other blog softwares but I've managed to easily incorporate all of them in the blogger too! So, I dont think that blogger is bad at all! infact it is one of the best as it creates the files in HTML & creates search engine friendly urls too! And the best feature...It is owned by GOOGLE!

I would like to mention that if you have not checked it then please go ahead and check all the features of other services too! At this point of time they are far better than it. If you missed my earlier post...you can read the review of Google spreadsheets too. Well, Microsoft is certainly good but it is difficult to say that Google will not be able to beat it. Google has already beaten them in various departments. Do you have any report or any reasons, which make you beleive this?

I agree that it will be good to have Google OS in future but there is one point and that is the future is not so near! The reason I am thinking like this is that GMAIL was lauched more than 2 years back and is still in BETA and they are concentrating on improving the search as it is. Because Live.com has started to give the threat a little bit and not only Live.Com but a major change in Yahoo's search engine like LIVE SEARCH too. After all this they have many other plans and all the plans are working slowly. Do you know why they close the invitations????? If not then let me answer you...the reason they close the invitations is because they fear of loosing out on bandwidth, its not me who is saying this, Google employees have said this!...YES GOOGLE IS SO POPULAR! So, if they'll bring Google OS...I am sure they'll need hell lot of money and investors to get down to that project....another point is that may be they are waiting to make these service come out of BETA and may be then they'll come up with Google OS So, these are some of the points due to which I think Google OS is not so near in future
