I don't understand lines over , Xisto have a notice system spamer ? The rule for 300+ character post will only for spamer or all members ? Follow lines over , members have bigger posts will become a group special help forums ? Limit post size really need to read , them need down count post low quality but don't use post size very big (don't put in a post with a long story ) . I don't like posts too short as " I aggree with u , it's true " This is very hard , to checking quality a post have many features . We need building rules clone for it . It need admins check again before down count posts .

With me , best way is learning a new language is : - Compare it with a old foreign language . - Same learning two foreign language at the moment .- Search features of nature of two language as a game .- Think and action as the people of that country .

500mb ? Hosting only with codes and few images no need much so . If you need store images or medium media then host them at other where . Xisto starting low ..... please don't putting media or big downloads or big images at here . Them will load ignore or very low at your pages .

To become a pro , you must learn deep more about php . I don't think need learn much language programs . About basic , you can learn few hundreds languages , but only choose a for you . Php is a good language :- have many things free for it - have many coder building it - building from development of C++ is a good thing.- upgrade fast and high open ability Asp.net good too but it need high price to building and run . To start learn deep about a language , you can view code forums or big programs . Soure code of them , you can found at ebays or sourceforge.net . I think start with view code of a forums is a best way .

And Raw Log Manager don't working too . I checked cell : "Archive Logs in your home directory at the end of each stats run [every 1 day(s)]" and put save but i never seen logs that ? At the moments (few minutes later), i seen everything become normal . I think can machine servers of Xisto being over , them created many errors .

Now , i have problems too as you . I seen : "DBI connect('mysql:localhost','root',...) failed: Too many connections at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 43 ERROR 1040: Too many connections"And all my database was clear , all user mysql was clear too . I only delete a database and a user mysql but all them is deleted . I don't understand why as so but i'll come back and tried seen them later . Hope admins at here can fix them .

And this time is me : Database connection error!!!A connection to the Database could not be established.Please check your username, password, database name and host.Also make sure config.php is rightly configured!When connecting, the database returned:Error 1040: Too many connectionsPlease don't worry , I always seen them at 0 Hour GMT to 4 hour GMT in few days . Admins of Xisto still hard working , mysql will soon restore . But i think them need increment numbers connects to database .
