Depends on the Administrator and current trends. As more people start to drift away from Windows, more crackers will drift away and start targeting other OS'es. And if your not a complete idiot and make smart decsions, you should be ok. I personally use Linux for experimenting and such, but mainly Windows for serious use. But gosh, typing commands sure feels rewarding. But I would have to say I'd rather double click a few times than having to spend two hours searching for libraries for a few small programs, but thats offtopic now isn't it?

You get much better value with the DS, as it's much cheaper. The PSP is not really an effective media player considering the ridiculous price of Memory Sticks. You'll find some pretty intresting games on DS and Advance Wars looks really good. The PSP however looks much better and has better specs. You'd look a lot better in public holding a PSP than an DS. The PSP is a fingerprint a magnet and dosent seem like the sturdiest thing in the world. The PSP is probably easier to play in certain situations considering you dont need a stylus to play. But don't take my word, I don't own either systems, but have played hem. Overall, I see a tiny bit more PSP's than DS' in school.

Linux, despite popular belief, is not more secure. As it becomes mainstrean, more people will make viruses and such for it. I've also have it crash a few times. But typing command line is much more gratifying then running some .exe files.I've also heard that 2000/ME is the buggiest one of all lol.

Most of us dont want to burn that much on a computer when they can make a homemade rig much better than whats offered there. Your basically paying for the brand name.

Saying FF is better than IE and IE suxors is stupid. I use firefox, and I have it crash on me. As the mainstream crackers start noticing more and more using firefox they will begin to target it more, and security breaches will be found.
