Meaning people might notice your ads but they will not visit your website. At least with the latter, you pay for the visits to your website. I encountered similar problem with my forum initially. I have to almost login and clear those spam thread, two to three times a day. Eventually, I got fedup and decided to make the account post-approval. It will mean I have to login everyday and approve/disapprove the account everyday. Not the best solutions but that sure beats having those spammers flood my forum with nonsense.
