I am not an entrepreneurs but I will like to add some comments. A country with business friendly policy might not be the best place for entrepreneurs. Take an example, the country I am from, they have one of the most business friendly policies around. However, due to the way the country is being run, the conditions is not ideal for entrepreneurs. You have government's hand almost every industries. Imagine a young startup pitching for the same contract as those gigantic governement's companies.The business friendly policies are aimed at attracting foreign investors and companies. They dont help the entreprenuer at all.

For me, I will use photoshop to conceptualize and the layout the page. Where should what goes and how much space allocated to it. Once I am satisfied with it, I will proceed to slice it into html, either through tables or css. As far as possible, I will try to stay away from iframe or frameset.

My comments are, first, the blue used for the background is too bright. Painful for the eyes after a while. It distract attention from the content.Second, the width of the content (740px), personally, I find it too narrow.

I have encounter the spam control message when I tried posting. Even thou, it is a few minutes after my last post, I still get the error message. I have tried, logging off as well as closing browser (cache clear as well) but the problem persisted.
