The reason why so many people played / still play CS is because the game was the first pretty good FPS game (well in those times...), it doesn't require a very good computer to run (Pentium 3 can handle it with ease) and the competition scene is still very big. Also its funny just to play once in a while, frag some friends play some funny **bottom** maps, etc.

You dont need to order vbulletin or IPB, they are no good for your clan. Clan leaders should focus on gaming and not on an uber nice site and stuff. I advice that you first settle your clan up, play lots of scrimmages / clanwars, get into some league play so people get to know you and your clan, and then go focus on your site. If your clan is worth something, you can get a lot. Once your clan is in the top 20 of clans of the game you play, you can virtually get anything sponsered. Gameservers, websites and on popular games like CS were a lot of money is involved, you can get hardware and stuff sponsered. Another tip: A wise friend of me, who quit gaming due to his wife getting a kid, once said "A clan is as weak as it's weakest link", this means your worst players mark your clan, and not your best players.

After you sliced your image, in imageready go to File > Save optimised as, and save as html and images. Now you can open up the .html file in any HTML coding program you wish, and add content and buttons etc.I recommend Dreamweaver for HTML coding.

I dont think you have enough space and bandwith either. Most things that can be done in WHM can be done in your own CPanel as well, altho giving everyone your cpanel password is a bad idea, and doing every change on your own is a bad idea as well... Maybe you should ask OpaQue if he can sell you reseller space...

Looks like an all-round hoax... There are much better ways to advertise then to give out heaps of money for people forwarding messages, Microsoft already has hotmail which counts for about 15 (If not much more) percent of the mail world anyway.

Google is full of jokes so they might as well have put it in it. It's probably very hard to find back tho, since google knows how to cover their eggs very good

There is a PC version out already , on DVD and CD I think. The game came out a week ago in europe but was already avaible in the USA a little less then a month ago.

Cheating is kinda lame in my opinion, even in a game like neopets. Don't like the game much either.

The site looks like crap, the screenshots look boring. Dont think its worth the money.

Have any of you guys bought the new Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2? I got it a few daysa ago, and I can just say its amazing. Both multiplayer and single player are great. I never played Call of Duty 1, but number 2 sure tells me what I've been missing. For people who have no clue about what call of duty 2 is (where have you been hiding?), it's the continuation of the game pof last year, call of duty 1, a worldwar 2 single player and multiplayer game taking the quake 3 engine to it's limits

Out of these things I like Google Mail the best, not just the 2000 mb space you get, but also the short adress and the quick loading. Google search was a revolution,andI still use it about every day, but it's a bit of a regular thing so it aint that special anymore. Google earth is kinda like a one time tool, which you just use for the fun of it but not many use it for serious things...

The program itself doesnt work on my computer strangely enough (windows xp), luckily I got trillian pro which supports it as well (With the Jabber plug in). Not many people talking on it tho...

A few days ago Art of War Central Gameservers exposed their gameserver sponsering to the public, they sponser one clan / team a month, with 2 gameservers (20 slot public and 16 slot private). The host is the most proffesional gameserver host I've came across (See this page: http://www.artofwarcentral.com/) and now they are sponsering clans with a system which is great. They get advertisements for free, and the winning clan gets the servers for free! Anyway, I would love it if you were kind enough to vote on my team called Team*Fortuna, so we can have a server... After that you can allways add your own clan / team. They are sponsering one clan a month as the title says...

Yes it seems Opensource is a bless for the home user, and a curse for the software developer who creates programs for money. Altrough there are programs which don't have a good open source alternative...

I guess I have to agree with R_Crazy_Idiot. I got Google Earth somewhere, but I've used it just once, well my parents did, to find a house they would have bought in France if it wasnt snatched away from them a few days before they where gonna buy it.Anyway, this tool is probably handy if you want to go on vacation and want to check the color of the sea, or how the hills look from 300 km in the air

Sometimes on a good day, I earn upto 5 dollar at Google. My site isnt very technical oriented, since its a clansite, but Google allways seems to pick out the words which generate lots of money. I currently have 111 dollar at Google so I am expecting to get payed this month

Since adobe bought Marcomedia this is kinda a vote for Cola Vanilla or Cola Regular lol, they are both the same company...But anyway, I make my templates in photoshop, edit them in Dreamweaver. I think Adobe is the best company if it's about graphics, while Macromedia is the best in programming (Flash, HTML etc)
