every year, in a day like this...i remember you...how you were gathering us together,sharing laughings & jokes..making delicious food..hiding surprises...you were so great that we didn't appricate you enough..and now when i remember those days, i truly regret and miss every moment..and i have nothing to do more than praying for you...god bless you..you touched my heart in so many ways..thank you for everything...

I just woke up
Everything is good now, my password has been reset. You wouldn't have had to quicken their response tho, velma. Not that I don't appreciate your help, I just want them to take care of the more important issues first. I didn't even remember I had the email until I received a notification that told me that their transforming my account into something weird.
