  1. What mentioned earlier are necessities in today's computer world. If you can can get a quad processor, do so. Never a bad idea. Space is relatively cheap. 250 GB of space internal $80, so indulge.
  2. I have owned 7 Playstaion systems. ( 2 PS1, 3 PS2, 2 PS3 ).Not once has there been a problem.....other than the ones I caused by dropping it or spilling something on it.If you still have warranty, you can get a new one.
  3. Coffins, to me, are just a waste of money. People only see it once, then it will be buried. ( Part that is a waste. )I would however, if needed, the cheapest one possible. ( Be light on the finances of who's paying. )
  4. I will be talking about PuTTY. It is a small, nice, and free ssh client. If you are reading this, and hoping to follow along, I presume you know what ssh is. ( If not, I might write a tutorial for it. ) Now once you have downloaded it, and opened it up, it might look very confusing. 1. Where it says "Host Name (or IP address)", enter the host you want to connect to. 2. Leave the port as is. 3. Connection Type : SSH 4. Click "Open" button on bottom right corner. That's all there is too it. You should now see a screen pop up and ask for a user name and password. ( Which you should have. ) *Note: You can change the appearance of the window you see after hitting the Open button by clicking and expanding "Window" in the left hand column. You can change how wide/high/colors/font.....and so on.
  5. Your IQ doesn't need to be super great. You do however need the grades and some will power. 6 students that graduated from my high school got accepted at MIT. ( Out of a class of about 120 - maybe less. ) You have to show them that you are different. ( The valedictorian, was rejected by Yale and other top schools, while lower ranked people got into higher schools. ) As for MIT: If you get the chance, take it!!!! You might need to take out loans if you cant pay for it, but if you get you reducation there, you will be able to find a high paying job.
  6. To add onto what jlhaslip said in his post:check out tutorialized.com.They have a wide array of tutorials to help you personalize your website once you feel comfortable with everything.
  7. Firefox. Firefox, in my eyes, delivers the best performance and customization that no other browser offers. It also has features ( default ) that I rely on to get things done, like being able to change the settings in "about:config". Firefox just delivers.
  8. People also fall into addiction of other things such as religion or even pornography. Why?I cant give you a clear shot answer, and I don't think there is one. I think it depends on the person.Take compulsive gamblers. They are addicted to gambling......something you might say is ridiculous. Why they gamble may be because they "feel" good or it takes away their worries.....which is why people sometimes turn to drugs.I guess it all depends on the person and the felling they get out of it that addicts them. ( Apart from the chemical addiction. )
  9. If you are looking for buttons that look very nice together, you might want to look into CSS buttons. They can produce very nice a varying effects, like having images under them to create color changes and other....odd and unique things theat will please the eye...haha. http://www.pagetutor.com/button_designer/index.html This is a CSS button creator I found. You may find it useful.
  10. I know this is an old post, but I did not feel the need to open another post when this had exactly what I was going to say.On the subject of Kendo, I have been practicing for about 1 year now, and hold the rank of 2-kyu. As for the technique sharing, sorry, my Sensei and even his sensei are against having people outside our dojo know our kendo. And I don't have a katana. ( No real use for it as Kendo is different from actual swordplay. )I do have a question for those who practice kendo:What was the worst injury you have gotten?
