Ok.. do you mean Football Manager 2008 (sports interactive) or FIFA Manager 2008 (EA SPORTS) ??if it's Football manager, then I have to say I'm a little dissapointed. I was hopping for more, but It's almost the same game with a new graphic design which I don't like because it's all white.. it hurts my eyes!It has some nice (new) features, like the transfer centre, where you can check the status of your player negotiations with other clubs. The game has some bugs, apparently solved with patches, but it's really a very nice manager game, if you're new to this then you'll love it.___________________________________________________________About FIFA Manager 08, from EA SPORTS:It has changed its graphic interface, it looks clean and beautiful, it adjusts the color to your team's, and if you want you can change the color to the one you like. The game itself is good, you can even take control of one of the players on a match, but I don't like that feature, it's good that you can choose not to do that, but I bet there are some ppl out there who love that feature. The rest is pretty much like the previous FIFA manager games, which is pretty good but Football manager is more real IMO.

My favorite Zelda game would be: A link to the Past. Why??? THATS 2D!! SNES OMG LOL YOU SUCK! Yes I know it's 2D but it's one of the best game for SNES and in general, the story and gameplay are too damn good! And, it was my first video game ever... 2nd place is for Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which has better graphics and the story is pretty good, one of the best games all time every made, after ALTTP that is!! hehe.

I love Zelda, ALLTP and OOT are my favorite games.I don't like much final fantasy because of the battle engine, I don't like RPG, I like adventure games like zelda! Though I can't say FF is a bad game, it has a great storyline and all, the downsides are the battle system (which is cool if you like it) and that most of the game are just videos, though they look pretty nice, it feels like you don't do enough for the game, of course that only applies for FFX and later games.

1) What is your favorite Zelda Game? The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. (SNES) BEST GAME EVA!!!! 2) What is your favorite sword from any Zelda game (not counting the Master Sword... )? Biggoron Sword, it's great sword... but you have to do a LONG quest to get it.. so it's a good thing that hits harder than master sword except for Ganon's final battle (zelda OOT) 3) What is your favorite sheild? Hylian shield! I love the triforce symbol 4) What is your favorite boss? It has to be the worms from the desert dungeon (2nd pendant on zelda: ALTTP) 5) Gorons or Zorons? Gorons!? I really don't understand that question, but gorons are cool!! Also the music background for goron city is awesome 6) Which do you like more 3D Zelda games or 2D Zelda Games? My favorite is ALLTP which is 2D, though, I liked OOT a lot too, I don't really prefer 3D over 2D or viceversa, as long as the story is good, then I don't care about graphics! 7) Ocarina of Time or The Wind Waker? Ocarina of Time!!!! 8) Deku's or Fairies? Deku's 9) Horse or boat? LOVE EPONA!!! 10) Ganon or Ganondorf? Ganondorf, humanoid form, looks so evil!!! 11) my own question, least liked zelda game? It has to be Majora's mask. Though I think it's a cool game, I don't really know why it's called Zelda. She doesn't even appear on the game, so I think they just named it zelda so it would sell nicely, and also it wasn't directed by miyamoto, but again, it's a great game but just not feels like zelda.

you must remember not to enter invalid characters such as !"¡$%&%/(= and must be more than 6 alfanumeric characters, That should help you. Also, if that doesn't seems to work, try using a different web browsing software like firefox, or, if you're using firefox then try to use Internet Explorer to create your account. Hope it helps.

I tried ubuntu at university, and really liked it so I ordered a free CD and I received the 7.10 version. I must say it's better than windows, I feel very secure using linux and I love to learn new stuff that will help me on my computer engineering career, as I aim for open source software, so its the best thing I could have done. I'd recommend ubuntu!! Ubuntu _________________ I'm very sorry, I posted in the wrong place, I must have clicked on another thread.

nice game! though it takes long to load pages, which drives me crazy ;)I would SO love a kind of MMORPG hacker based game... that would be sooo cool!!! something like, you create your character, you play it in 3rd person (like WoW, or any other mmorpg) but the enviroment is a city, and you start working for a corporation much like uplink, but you can buy a house with your money and of course upgrade your hardware, but as a REAL hacker you would have to go to some places and talk to people, to trick them (reverse engineering) to give you secret passwords or just be able to access system that you normally wouldn't be able to access, and when your reputation gets higher, you can start your own corporation and hire other new hackers in town to work for you, all in a 3D enviroment, and when it comes to hacking on your PC, you get the Interface (something like uplink) and software and all that stuff..!I just hope someday a big game developer make a game like that!

for passwords, you use variables! there's a command in RPG maker 2k3 (input password) that requires you to set how many numbers you want as password (sorry, can't use letters, at least not the easy way), and also you will be asked to where to store password (variable) for example, you want to ask for a key combination password for a chest. You want your secret password to be 2343, what you have to do is: 1) create a new event, ADD the chest graphic, and on the first line add a command for variables, SET [0001] (or your variable name) to 2343. 2) ADD command "input password", and store the password in another variable (i.e [0002]) 3) ADD an IF conditional, IFvariable [0002] EQUALS variable [0001]thenopen chest event (could be a switch)ELSEsay: "wrong code" It's something like that, you could change it a little bit, and if you need further help please reply to this post I'll be glad to help.

Rpg Maker Series Details about the rpgmaker series for pc
mikesoft replied to Tseng's topic in Programming
I kinda prefer 2003 version, because I doesn't require scripting to make nice games, but XP is the best out there if you know something about ruby or are willing to learn. You could also search the web for scripts to make your life easier.I really love to make engines, like banking, email, day/night system.. and all that kind of stuff that requires logic and use of variables/switch. I hate to make maps and design characters, and also music! so I use the ones that come with the maker. -
If you want games for your site, you might want to try flash games, as they are very popular. Though Flash is very expensive if you're planning on buying it, but you can make simple games without using much actionscript.

I would highly recommend NOD32. Though I haven't tried Karpersky, but nod32 suits all my needs, its efficient, fast, reliable, and updates its virus definitions daily. Couldn't be more happy! Of couse, you have to be careful of what you do on the internet. I haven't had a virus problem for like 3 years, that's mostly because of my internet experience, but you have to keep an eye out for suspicious links like those on msn messenger to "check some photos", I don't fall for that but I think my NOD32 would keep me safe anyway. There was a time a windows suddenly popped up (some casino stuff) and nod32 detected something and stopped it right there.. it asks you what to do, or if you prefer you can let nod32 take care of it and delete corrupted files w/o prompts, etc.

Dating Games How To Make Dating Games Teach Me Please
mikesoft replied to TRUE ARCHER's topic in Programming
Hey Archer, Well, I was saying in another thread that creating games on previous versions of RPG maker was easier, because it offered more options out of the box, without needing to write scripts, and that's the only problem I see with RPG maker XP, that it comes with basic options and doesn't allow cool options like 2003 version did. For example, you could use the commands: /.././|^ when displaying conversations, to modify how fast will letters appear, and if you wanted to close the dialog without player having to press the action button, etc. Also, they removed the option to add images to conversations, that's basically what you need for your dating game, if you want to make it similar to those hentai games (yes, I've tried some... though I didn't really like them). What you have to do is, google for some scripts to add faces or pictures to the conversation windows, and that's about it. You should then be able to create your game using switches and variables, I loooove variables So good luck!!! PS: do you speak spanish by chance? I'm from south america so let me know. -
Windows Xp Service Pack 3 - Updates
mikesoft replied to joseph0829's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Wow, I didn't know about SP3! I'm gonna do a bit of research before upgrading, because my windows installation works just fine and I don't want to mess anything up.I'm surprised that they are releasing a new service pack for XP, since they have their new toy, windows vista, and from what I've heard, they need to put a little effort in making it a little better, apparently XP is the best way to go for now.I would upgrade to vista soon, when I get my DX10 video card and a better computer overall. -
Which Distro Of Linux Is Best For A Windows User ?
mikesoft replied to TotalLamer's topic in Websites and Web Designing
I'll recommend ubuntu. It's very easy for a windows user (like I was), because you don't need to know hard to remember commands, BUT what I like the most about ubuntu is that, not only the desktop (gnome) enviroment is so cool but also I can use the terminal to learn commands and stuff. Also, the update manager and the Synaptic Package Manager are the most useful things about ubuntu. If you're looking for something especific to install, like.. lets say, a chess game, you just type chess in the package manager and it shows all chess games available to download for free. Also, ubuntu comes with lots of useful software with basic installation, like openOffice, GIMP, and much more! -
Well I've been usign RPG maker since 2003 version, I'm not really into the programming thing, so I kinda liked the 2003 version a little more because it gave you more options out of the box, though of course with proper scripts the XP version becomes the best RPG maker.I've created some games, though I don't like RPG games so I try to modify things a bit and make it an adventure game, for example, you won't get attacked from a monster hidden in the grass (like pokemon games, Final fantasy, etc) but instead, you fight monsters like in Zelda. That's not that hard to make, the tricky part is when it comes to bosses! Then you know the limitations of the maker, that of course if you try to make an adventure game zelda-style.But overall it's a great game maker, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to start creating some games.

I've been a windows user for a long time. Recently I switched to linux (ubuntu 7.10) and I must say I'm impressed. I have it installed on my laptop working as a web server (LAMP) though I must say I didn't know anything about linux and ubuntu makes it easy for you, I had to research a lot over the net to be able to do all the stuff I wanted to do, like, to open a root window without switching to root account and stuff like that. It's been working well for over a week.On my laptop I have a windows/ubuntu dual boot, because I still use lots of games for windows, though some of them run with wine on ubuntu, but some of them don't.For any who is tempted to switch, DO EET! its easy, I suggest ubuntu, as it is amazing linux distribution, its better than vista, believe it or not.

You can Play now in Linux These is a list of the games.
mikesoft replied to jamesleon's topic in Websites and Web Designing
I'm using wine and I'm able to play cstrike over the internet with no problems at all, maybe some random fps drops but no big deal. Also I play World of warcraft on my ubuntu no probs.I would like to play some open source quality games though.
