  1. I read Ender's Game for the fifth time, just can't get enough of the book. It's the one that got me into SciFi, and will always draw me back to Science Fiction and books in general.
  2. I thought it was a horrible ending, and the book was more of a effort to get through then an actual enjoyable experience. I don't read books when I know what's going to happen, and unfortunately the entire book was predictable. Also, the entire middle part of it, I thought it was useless. It seemed more like padding then anything else.Still, for good or bad, the series is finally, and thankfully over.
  3. I'll have to try this out, since AdSense is pretty much going along at a snail's pace for me. Hopefully WidgetBucks works better, since I'm hoping to make enough money off the website to pay for paid hosting.
  4. I don't believe in any religion, but I do believe that there is some existence after death, even if it's that of the dumb and unseeing kind.
  5. I don't really care what, but I hope something comes along and challenges the IPod's reign over the MP3 Player market. Competition always spawns better products, and the IPods been sitting prim and proper on its' throne for far too long.
  6. I'm trying not to thread-jack, but you really should really try out Uncharted for the PS3. I myself have never gotten into PC gaming, because I'm so used to having a small central controller, as opposed to the keyboard and mouse. That being said, it's all a matter of what your used to. I've become so used to console gaming that I have to jack up the sensitivity of the controller to the max, because if I don't it feels like I'm playing it molasses. I wish more games had cross-platform play, but I don't really see it happening. The PSN and Live networks probably wouldn't mesh too well, and that's not even counting PC gamers who in all truth would unbalance the gameplay in favor of themselves.
  7. For some odd reason I've never been sick in about five years, not that I'm complaining.
  8. Every side loses in war, it's just a matter of which side loses the least, that's victory in war. In all truth, I think China could win. It's not just a simple matter of who has the bigger guns, or who has more people. China trades a lot, a LOT, with the United States, and the United States economy would suffer a lot from it. The same could be said for China though, because the prices for everything would fall as the previously export items flood the market. Then again, China with its' government could simply order the companies to close, something the US can't do.It's way too troublesome to even get into the first layer of what a war between China and the US would be like, but in the end it would be horrendous. I wouldn't doubt it if allies of both sides were drawn in.
  9. I've just gotten into Linux, but I have enjoyed using Ubuntu. I own a PS3, and one of the major (geek) perks of it is that you're able to install Linux on it. So now I have Ubuntu on my PS3, which feels awesome with the 47" HDTV acting as a monitor.
  10. I really like playing RPG games, no matter how annoying some of them get. What I'm wondering is what recent RPG games you guys have like the most. I mean recent as in after the PS1 generation games, so no need to add Final Fantasy 7 to your lists and whatnot .Here's my list, in no particular order, and they're only a few of the games:1 Final Fantasy X2 Final Fantasy XII3 Xenosaga Series4 Dark Cloud Series5 Suikoden Series6 Shin Megami Tensei Series7 Kingdom Hearts Series8 dotHack Series
  11. Yeah, tuition is probably going to kill me if I want to get into some of the colleges I want to. That's why I've started a mad blitz to get some scholarships, and hopefully some will since I've managed to pull myself up to #2 in my class rankings.
  12. Thanks a lot man . They're very...useful when dealing with people who have no idea what's going on within a computer.
  13. I disagree your list somewhat, though the Wii boasts the motion sensing controls and whatnot, the games so far have been for the most garbage, with the good games like Super Mario Galaxy being buried underneath trash like WiiFit. The Wii could be awesome, but right now it's suffering from the DS effect, where publishers realized that it's selling well, and so they spend little effort on the games and try to make the most money off of them. If it can get its act together, and if it can court the third-parties (because almost every top selling game is 1st party), then the Wii will be the best. As of right now, I think the best systems are the PS3 and 360, with the 360 leading out with more games. Make sure that if you do get a 360, it has a newer motherboard, which is Falcon right now I think. The older motherboards have horrible failure rates compared to the newer ones.
  14. Sorry to say this, but your horribly wrong. I myself prefer consoles because PCs are too troublesome to game with, and because you have to upgrade every few months to stay on the cutting edge. But, like I was saying, PCs have the far superior graphics compared to consoles, and they always will. The price of this is pretty substantial though, because the newest graphics cards cost about as much as a full-console.
  15. I'm a virgin, though probably not for longer. I really have no problem with what society says, since a few girls have wanted to sleep with me but I haven't wanted to sleep with them. Almost all the guys I know are obsessed with getting laid, even if its to that girl you normally wouldn't talk to, or that girl who's...been around the block too many times.
