  1. Another great site for making money, is associatedcontent.com It's along the same lines as helium, but a little more transparent - they pay you roughly $1.50 per thousand views of your article, and some articles can get a lot of views if they're on a popular topic, you can also get upfront payment if you submit original content and they decide it's worth buying, but it's gotta be good.
  2. I've always wanted to, but never really can say that I've had a paranormal experience.I believe in ghosts and the possibilities, and I have experienced first hand the power of Energy work, likeAcupressure, or Shiatsu. However, my aunt Mary has had some odd experiences. When she was little she used to have a ghost visitor her from time to time, they would talk, and hang outin the attic. She told me how sometimes, I think on the ghost's birth or death day anniversary she would show upas her corpse...in my mind that always freaked me out... (I wouldn't set foot in the attic till I was 15 lol). Sometimes I did notice though, we would be outside and nobody would be home, and somehow the Attic lights will turn on by themselves.I'd like to get a digital recorder and tour some ghost sites and try to catch an EVP. That would be sweet.
  3. This guy Vic is a blackhat turned, well... not whitehat, but maybe some shade of grey? Anyhow check out his opinion of Pro Blogger John Chow: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I can definitely relate, I'm getting a little sick of hearing how much he makes by telling us how much he makes. I think maybe we should just ignore him for a few days and read some blogs that have some real quality. There's some other good articles there about seo marketing and making money online, he even tells things that other marketers guard. Check him out: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ BTW I have absolutely no affiliation with the blog at all. But this is the website review blog, and I think it's a good way to build hosting credits by writing reviews of different blogs, that people should take a moment to check out - also while you're checking blogs out, you may want to read: http://www.courtneytuttle.com/ Another of my favorite money making blogs, - you can even write a blog post and post it to courtneytuttle.com here: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
  4. I'd say definitely the worms, Especially if they're Sour gummies, MMM..
  5. In a word - why does everyone hate US? BUSH. The Bush administration, took us from a world where everyone gave us support and prayers because of 9/11, to a world where everyone fears what we might do next. Who's going to start world war 3, is it Iran? or is it America, because we're afraid they'll strike first,so we make a big mess and make up false pretenses to go to war, and before we know it we destroy the whole world, kill millions, for nothing but our own petty fears. Fear is what is wrong with the Right Wing Nut Jobs, fear of anyone different - ie homosexuals, fear of other nationalities and faiths, I mean why are we protecting israel, anyways - the arabs outnumber them, in a democratic world, that would mean they get to have Jerusalem, and in my opinion it's not such a great place, yes, it has symbolic importance for all faiths, even mine - believe it or not I'm Mormon, do I support Romney? Hell No - I support Edward, Kucinich, or possibly Ron Paul. But in the end it's just a land, and from pictures I've seen, it's not that good of land, it's in the middle of a desert - how special could it be?I definitely don't think God wants all of his people, from different walks of religion to fight over a piece of land. Seriously, I think they're missing the boat, Jesus spoke of peace, the prophets spoke of keeping the commandments, land battles were way beneath them. Just my opinion,
  6. I'm sort of finished with my new design for my blog, I say sort of, because it seems every couple of hours when I come back to it I see things I want to change, anyways please let me know what you think! http://www.blogcontestsite.com/
  7. My first was an Atari 2600, it was half comptuer half atari game system, it was sweet. I loved that thing, till I got my Nintendo, anyways. lol.
  8. When I went to massage school, we learned ton of modalities including the following:Acupressure - this is light touch on specific chinese points that can help clear up energy blockages along these energy lines that flow through the body, called meridians.Reflexology - In reflexology it is believed that every organ and part of the body is reflected on the feet. You can help work out specific issues with the stomach, or the back and spine, or the kidneys, etc..Swedish Massage - This is the most popular, basic massage, it consists of 5 different types of strokes: Effleurage is light touch, and connective strokes to make the massage go smooth. Pettrissage, is a little deeper, and consists of milking the muscle of toxins. Friction, produces heat and is great for breaking up adhesians and scars. Vibration has a calming effect, and is just as the name sounds. Tapotement is tapping or percussion like, and can calm or stimulate depending on how long it is done on a muscle.Russian Massage - Russian is a more scientific method of doing massage, which focuses mostly on getting the most out of your muscles.Trigger Point Therapy - This is a treatment for adhesians found in the muscle, called trigger points.Seated Massage - This is just the body mechanics, and techniques for doing a massage on someone in a seated position, usually in a special chair designed for seated massage.HydroTherapy - This is actually a sub-genre of massage that has many modalities under it, some treatments include salt scrubs, wraps, facials, hot rock therapy, ice massage, heat massage, foot soaks, and many other types of thereapies found in most spas.Reiki - is a light energy modality, that requires people be attuned to a certain energy flow. Using reiki, people have experienced some amazing, and miraculous cures.Cranial Sacral Therapy - This is light touch, about the pressure of a nickel, on the head, and it helps to free up the movement of cerebral spinal fluid, as well as the movement of your cranial bones, which move in a certain pattern, sort of like a heart beat, or diaphragm when taking a breath,Shiatsu - This is more advanced form of acupressure, which involves pressing on points all along a meridian, where as acupressure is holding single points.Injury Massage - This is more of a clinical massage and used for treatment of injuries, like whiplash.Structural - This is similar to rolfing, in fact it is basically the same thing, only the term rolfing is patented. It is correcting people's structure and postures by using extremely deep pressure to the fascia of the body, it can be painful, but it is known to help people with serious structural problems. There are many more modalities than the one's listed here, what kind of modalities have you worked with before? Anyone receive a modality that you absolutely love? Put it in this thread!
  9. I love gmail, because of the way emails are grouped like conversations, it's and you can view older conversations from same person.
  10. I think it would be cool, if we all spoke pig latin.Iay inkthay tiay ouldway ebay oolcay, fiay eway allay okespay igpay atinlay. LOLay
  11. Sorry about that, I wasn't even aware schools in US taught Chinese in schools
  12. Hmm.......Here's another solution, us guys can sit and pee, put a tv in the john, a little mini-fridge, and make it an event.I do that sometimes at night, when I'm too tired to stand up straight, and it's not so bad.But I can definitely see the argument here, I must admit, I leave the seat up bout 75% of the time, and my wife has stopped complaining, of course when we go to visit the inlaws it's another thing, her brother and dad have been successfully 'trained' it seems, and I sometimes forget, and there's 3 angry women, besides my wife... and woah.... you do not want to make them angry...they all know how to handle weapons, lol. (They go trapshooting as a hobby, and hunt every season, where as I'm a city boy and have been shooting like 3 times in my life...lol)
  13. As a $8,000 / month blogger, trust me - Wordpress is definitely your best bet. The only thing better would be a proprietary, specially programmed blog to meet certain needs, but with wordpress you would only need to create certain plugins.
  14. I use firefox just about religiously, I hate anything and everything microsoft...as I write this from my windows xp computer.. lol..But seriously, I'm not a big fan of microsoft, although office 2007, is pretty cool, but vista sucks.
  15. I am posting because I want to get and keep the hosting service, plus maybe make some acquaintances and business partners.
  16. I'm from Kettering, OH. But now reside in West Valley, UT.
  17. I must say that I absolutely loved latin when I was in Highschool - my latin teach was Mr Vesely he was pretty cool, a little odd looking, he had the weirdest goatee. I have some pretty fond memories of those days. I think the funniest was when I, an innocent church going geek, walked in on the foreign exchange student at Latin Convention, as he was fixing on getting his groove on. He probably would've hit a homerun if I didn't decide to hit the hay early, lol ... the sad part is back then I was oblivious to the signs, a guy and a girl in an empty hotel room....hmmm....lol.
  18. I just saw evanescence in concert, Amy lee was HOT - as for new bands, Colbie Caillet is pretty good.
  19. My faves would have to be - heroes, scrubs, office, or my name is earl. I really liked studio 60 but it got cancelled, and 30 rock isn't that bad either.
  20. Does it have to be a movie? - I like Heroes on NBC, it definitely keeps me on the edge of my seat.
  21. Of all the money we(USA) owe, via the national debt/deficit, etc.... most of that is to China - so in my opinion we're already China's Biatch until we get our finances in order and with the Current dip**** president and administration throwing all our money at wars that nobody supports. If china were to stop loaning us money, and call in our debts, we'd be royally screwed.Russia also has been building some new technology that might need to be examined later on.My fear is an alliance of China + Iran + Russia, that would be extremely bad, and not all that out of the realm of possibilities.
  22. My wife?....(I have to say that...) lol -- celebrity wise though, I've always had a thing for Jennifer Aniston, Mandy Moore is hott too.
  23. Definitely Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth Series, I've read all 11 books 3 times.Definitely a great read, I also love the Narnia series.
  24. Haha... I didn't even know there were crabs in sugar.... Another reason to go low carb?
  25. I'm definitely Phat...err eh, and Fat too - BMI 69 - 503 lbs. Send a letter to NBC and tell them they need to get Patrick Curl from Utah on the Biggest Loser !
