  1. That one is pretty okay. I'd suggest moving the text somewhere it doesn't interfere with the lightning, but right side up. Also, the emboss can go, as it detracts from the actual sig. Other than that, I got no problems with it. Maybe try some more mainstream sizes though. Mine are usually 400x100 or 400x400 for popouts.
  2. Yeah, you can find the RingBearer font on 1001fonts.com, I believe. It would work a lot better with the sig. Also, try not to make the font so "different" from the rest of the sig. Everything else is blue, and the text is silverish. It doesn't quite fit. Also, the horse is kinda vague. Maybe darken that layer up just a little.Other than that, good job again Dj.
  3. Haha, you only have to post to get into the premium section. Everything else is open, I think.
  4. Heh, yeah. I know...I've been working hard on my latest ones... Thanks. Heh, I try. I doubt I'm a sig guru though. And about the lady, I was trying for a glowing look. Ah well. O.o People were telling me my text shouldn't be so "overpowering", so on a few I dimmed down the text a bit. Thanks for the comments. Sorry, I'm not a master, and I don't take apprentices. Thanks for the comments all. This is exactly what I make my sigs for. ^-^
  5. Ok, my old sig topic's getting kinda stale, because people around here don't comment on old topics, even if they have new posts...so here's some new ones. Some are kinda old, I just get lazy about posting sometimes... C&C&R (Comments, Criticism, Ratings) appreciated.
  6. Yeah, make the text a little more visible, and like Cool Freaker said, a good script font would be perfect on that one.Not exactly my style, but I'd say use a "harder" grunge...not so soft...
  7. Yeah, that one's pretty good on all forms, (I like the last one best), but it is kinda tall as Cool Freaker said. (But who am I to talk? Mine's 50px higher.)
  8. Dude, why are you so fixated on tech borders? I barely ever use tech borders, because they look good on very few sigs...Looks good though. Add more contrast to the background, I'd say. It's too faded, even with the rain...Might want to put your name on it as well.
  9. No problem. I do what I can. Mostly. It's my job to help out here anyway, and I don't do that as much as I could. :DAnd lol, I have no idea what Saint Mike is talking about either...
  10. Haha, me too. It's best to just risk it. You can always undo it later. Yupyup. Experimenting is one of the best things to do.
  11. Try looking on gamrenders' forums...they seem to have like every render and it's momma you need.
  12. Yup, and you did pretty good on the new theme. Grats.
  13. Ah. Then you must mean Paint's more challenging than Photoshop, am I right? I don't see how it could be better than Photoshop in terms of creating graphics...
  14. By the way illimanation (btw, you know you spelled illumination, or elimination, wrong, right?), don't call people noobs. Any more and you'll recieve warnings.@Dragonfly -- I'm sure there are a few designers here that would take your request for free, At the moment you can't donate credits. Maybe eventually we could get some sort of credit system (other than hosting credits), and we could sell graphics for a certain amount of credits. But yeah, just put up a request, and I'm sure someone will do it eventually.
  15. Heh, it's not really your first try HmmZ....But all the elements look okay. The border could use a little more "tech" on it, and that white part at the bottom right could go, but so far it's pretty good. Much better. GJ.
  16. What they said, basically. Try giving it a bit more depth and color. Nice try though.
  17. Yup, that looks a little better. And I dunno about continuous good sigs...I get pwned on the GameRenders forums, believe me...getting better though...
  18. Get good quality renders with transparent outlines...try looking on the GameRenders.com forums. Here's two of my tutorials... http://forums.xisto.com/topic/9968-adding-a-render-to-a-sig-add-renders-to-your-sigs-in-photoshop/ -- Adding a render to your sig http://forums.xisto.com/topic/9970-render-blending-how-to-blend-a-render-to-your-sig-in-photoshop/ -- Render blending
  19. I'd say make the blue in the background more lively, and maybe have the text shine blue instead of silver. Then you've got an awesome sig. GJ.
  20. Well, the animation is kinda pointless, and Mario is WAY too dark, and the text is a totally different color, and there's no border...Yeah, sorry for ripping it apart on you...
  21. Hm, that might work. Try it out when you get the chance, I s'pose. And, nah, I doubt I'm one of the best, there's probably quite a few "crouching tigers" lurking around here. And even if I am one of the best, it shouldn't be an honor to be complimented by me.
  22. You must not know your way around PS too well then, cause I don't see how it could be less enjoyable than Paint...less CHALLENGING, maybe...
  23. Much better. Add a border, and maybe add some more orange in there. Keep trying.
  24. Everything is decent, except the text and border. Drop the border. Tech borders usually only work with TECH sigs, and that one's not nearly detailed enough anyway. Use a 3px border instead. Text needs some work though. Unbevel it, and pick a different font.
  25. Oh, didn't notice you added it already...try going to gamerenders.com's forums. They have tons of renders there. One might catch your eye.
