Of course I know that. X.x But I don't usually stick my name in the center anyway...there's usually nothing else on the outside areas of the sig. And speaking of muksimp, I don't think he's been here in a while... O.o

Hm...let's see...I'm not so sure you made the dragon yourself, but if you did, it looks good, I suppose, but like biscuit said, the eye shouldn't be bumpy. The border could be better, but the text is what really brings it down...lose the bevel, lose that odd gradient or whatever, add a shadow, and add a stroke.

*cry* Whenever I add anything to the fractal for a sig, it looks fugly. But it's just so plain without it!

Grab a default brush, a soft circle one, kinda small...go to window --> brushes and play with the scatters and jitters, basically.

Horizontal and vertical marquee, fill it with white, set it to overlay. There's a bit more to it, but that'll get you what you want.
