hydrogen fuel , its cost,, its convience Hydrogen Cars If Hydrogen as a fuel source is to make it on the you.S. Market, that effort will have to come from the grass roots of the country. Presently oil and natural gas is king for the car and most energy conversion/consumption. I do want to know more about hydrogen. Hydrogen cars, buses, site construction of hydrogen facilities and the energy required to maintain such facilities. Will the hydrogen facility, the on site production of hydrongen be able to produce its own energy to produce the hydrogen needed for public use? Oh yeah, so back to the grass roots: the public school systems are now having to cut back on the school bus routes due to the price of fuel. In the rural areas, some school districts have a bus route covering anywhere from 50 to a 200 mile area. If hydrogen is to make it as a fuel source for vechiles, cars and buses, then the best way to have a grass root revolution and evolution away from petrotulum bases methods of transportation is to have the school system build on site facilities which produce hydrogen for the hydrogen ran buses. The public can then begin buying hydrogen cars and look for the next school having an on site hydrogen facility to fuel up. The neat thing there, the school's hydrogen facility can then produce a means to self suppo0rt finically, the initial cost of building the hydrogen facility if they sell their excess hydrogen to individuals who do buy hydrogen cars. This may be too radical an approach for a grass roots upstart. But the kids really do need to get to school. -reply by Karen

pretty much the same problem Laptop Battery Out A few days ago, I left my computer onfor a few hours, and when I came back, the battery was totally discharged, but it said ' 0%, Battery, plugged and charging', ever since, everytime I turn the computer on, the battery icon starts filling in (as if it was actually getting charged), stop, and then go back to 0%. I have the same problem. My computer detects a driver for the ROM drives but it doesn't detect the drives themselves. I opened up the computer and they are connected fine. So I don't know what the problem is. Can anyone help me?-question by travis

Laptop Computers If your going to get a Dell I recommend the Dell Inspiron 1525 for small budgets, and if you have a big budget then go all the way to the Dell XPS M1530, just skip the Studio 15, and 17 if you have the cash (the more expensive the computer, the faster and better the hardware, and the more years you are going to be able to use it without going and buying some program that the computer cant even run cause its too slow, or doesnt have enough memory) ROFL And, any Sony VAIO Laptop is awesome, I spent 2 days (almost full days) testing all the laptops in Best Buy and I came to the conclusion that All Sony VAIO Laptops are great (even the cheapest ones you can get) and All Dell ones are sometimes even greater, but Sony can come around for a little cheaper (With Dell you are paying for their 'seal' which is a token that you will have great service, quality, and personalization to your needs) That being said, Dell basically charges you about 200 dollars more for great service, quality, and of course your choice of colour or pattern! (I did customize a Dell Inspiron 1525 to the same hardwares as a Sony VAIO that I found in Best Buy, and it turned out that the Dell was 200 dollars more...(QUALITY, SERVICE, PERSONALIZATION) If your willing to spend that much for that, then go with Dell, but if not the Sony is really nice and really reliable Laptop -reply by Josh

reply to post Rpg Maker Xp Simply lay down an event on the event layer,right click on it and put a teleport on it.Then go to your next map and do the same thing but set it to go back to the same spot you have just teleported from.Also you will have to set the teleports as to work on collision which is in the bottom right hand corner. How to make CS maps Counter-strike Model Maker Please excuse the really long directions. For CS:Source: For this you will need to have Steam installed and a Steam account(free). If you don't go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and follow the directions to install it. Once you have Steam successfully installed on your computer create a Steam account if you don't have one. Once you have an account open up Steam and go to the tab labeled tools. There you will see an application called "Source SDK", install it. Once it's installed run it. There is the program for making CS:S maps(for tutorials on how to use it go to Youtube) For CS:1.6: YOU DO NOT NEED STEAM FOR THIS VERSION. Go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and follow the installation instructions. INSTALLING IT TO C:TEMP IS A GOOD IDEA. After the program installs go to C:Temp(or wherever you installed to) and open the folder named "Valve Hammer Editor" and then open Hammer Editor(keep the Hammer folder open). After you've opened it close it again and go to the folder. Double click the item named "texturefix.Reg". If it asks you for some kind of conformation just say yes(it's safe). This file makes the wide range of textures in the program available for use(without them the program doesn't run). After this open Hammer Editor again. First of all you should turn off your computer and make a concept document where you will write down your ideas/descriptions about game world,what players could 'make with it',what they will obtain after build structure A and what after struc.B,what resources will contain your world etc. Next, will be creating a game design document where confirmed ideas and made decisons about the project creates a plan of functionality for you or development team. After that you must make a precisious normalized data base schema. Believe me that those documents are useful in development process and they are not a waste of time.Especialy a data-base schema if you not want to start over and over again with creating new data-base.With good knowledge of PHP,SQL,after 12months(dev+design),few books about game design process I almost done development part. 2 more months and my game(dream) will be finished.Believe me that good design and documentation made at beginning will save your time later.I wish you good luck.

(2 diff versions, this comes into play in a sec) I HIGHLY recommend getting the "arsenal mod" thats compatable with OL. It adds about 120 weapons, and they are just beautiful . Runescape 2 Runescape 2 Website Ok, I'm a 4 year veteran of RS, and basically the way I see it is, runescape 2 is dead. It's been dead since they placed a trade limit, changed the game engine, and got rid of the Wild and made duel arena available to non members. Personally I feel like I've been crapped out of something here. The RS classic players got to keep their version. Personally I think Jagex should release the version WE had before the listed updates above occured. Above and beyond all else there is: Runescape Classic Runescape V.2 Runescape V.3 *which is what we currently have, the new engine with the changes listed above* I miss V.2, and apparantly 11,000 paying members did too when they quit. If I was still a paying member, I would post on the forums or at least look for someone who recommended they release V.2 on it's own Link... It's only fair to those who toughed out the rest of this crap so that "the future of runescape would be safe and secure from hackers/real life traders". I can pull names on 3 different hackers ive met in runescape so far, and several hundreds of bots/real world traders... Long story short, I think a lot of us can agree on this.
