  3. 12/21/2012 The End Of The World By December 21, 2012 Replying to FreedomOverdose On December 12, 2012 the Earth, Moon, Sun, will align with the center of the Milkyway galaxy. Many people believe that this will cause a magnetic pole reversal, one such person was Albert Eistein. The Earth's Magnetic field weakens over time and needs to be recharged much like a car battery. It is suggested by many including Einstien that the "recharging occurs when the Earth reaches the center of the Milkyway. Now if this is to occur it doesn't mean its the End of the World. It basically means that the Earth will suffer major change such as the United States could become the new South Pole or that we could have significant earthquakes, tidal waves, etc. Anyways this would cause famine, diesease, warfare, and utter chaos on our planet because the resources we use everyday would suddenly be extremely limited. So whether you "choose" to believe this prediction or you choose to ignore it, doesn't really matter. You are only 1 of 6 billion people on this planet. -reply by SecretiveGuy4U
  4. You Catholicism Vs. Christianity Replying to iGuest You're right when you express your sarcasm... It is a shame that "christians" mostly disagree. But let me straighten something out: First of all, christianity shouldn't be considered a religion at all, it's a belief which ultimately becomes a way of life. Christianity is based on the belief that Christ died for our sins, and since there's nothing we could ever do to "earn" our way into heaven, if we believe in Him and all he's done, we will go to heaven. "It is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast-- Eph. 2: 8-9" So it isn't by anything that we can do, no rituals, nothing! Now, if any "christian" doesn't believe in any part of the Bible, God's holy word... Please, don't call them a christian. They may not follow it, or obey, but christianity is faith that every part of the bible is the truth! -reply by Williams

  8. Replying to scab_dogIt wouldn't be hard for Microsoft to make a flyable pelican. Everything is there, its animation, everything's solid, its missiles all are set up, as we can see in Sierra 117, so everything is set up. All they need are controls, which people have already discussed at Bungie's homepage, and an interface.-reply by Torin

  12. Replying to ganeshn11There are times when the phone network is overloaded, but SMS can eventually get through -- it takes less bandwidth, and your mobile can keep trying to resend. So an emergency SMS that say "Crashed car in ravine. Telegraph Rd nr River" might get through when a voice call might not. Or "Help - hiding in closet - 123 Main Street"-reply by SFRW

  16. MySQL AB Tools Navcat For MySQL Replying to ethergeek I really have to agree with ethergeek. Though I haven't tried Navcat yet, I have not seen anything rival MySQL AB's tools. They are very intuitive and very useful to do anything you want through a gui interface and with much ease. The keyboard shortcuts are great. Unfortunately, the PC version of the software is far superior to the mac version. I've been using the tools on a pc for years, but now I work in a mac shop. Every time I use the Query browser on my mac, I'm surprised if it doesn't crash at least once. And almost every time it crashes I send an error report. My latest reports have gone from "query browser crashed while using the tool's table editor" to "crash report 1,999,999 : query browser must have crashed because I touched the monitor at the exact instance I executed a 'select * from table' query " it's really that unstable on a mac. On a PC, I don't remember it ever crashing once. That's odd because... Isn't a mac supposed to be more stable than a PC? Isn't it ironic??? -reply by Justin
