Hi I trying to set up a network drive so it can be accessed from anywhere.I am using a d-link di524 router which I use to get broadband internet access.In order to do this my router is assigned a private static address from a local provider whose router is assigned a dynamic address from the main broadband provider.This is the only way that I can get broadband access.Candydns cater for this cinfiguration as I think it is not allowing me access for this reason ?Hoping you can helpJohn -john piercs

I know there's no monitor. I have a semi-recent monitor, 1024x768. I can also get a monitor at Circuit City for about $100, and I got gift cards for there. As for my programs, I'd be runnung AIM, MSNmessenger, Multimedia Fusion 2(which runs on a ME, so yeah), firefox, and maybe some basic microsoft apps, like word. I think this is more than enough to run that stuff.

I know this thread is old but wtf. 1.2 Petabytes for $750? What are you smoking? Today a single terabyte will run you 200+, so how do you figure a petabyte, being 1000 terabytes (I know, computers would view 1 petabyte as 1024 terabytes, but companies go by factors of 1000 instead of 1024), is only $750 dollars? As far as how big the biggest single hard drive is, which was asked a little over 2 years ago, we may never know. Bigger hard drives are constantly being developed, and although the ones on the market are in the 1-2 TB range, some in development may be much bigger than this but we just don't know about them yet.-Pyro

HELP HELP HELP Windows Not Recognizing Ipod My ipod was working great and has been since I bought it. But when I got to the gym I unplugged it from my car adapter and tried pluggin in my head phones.. NOW NOTHING... It wont even turn on the screen and when I try to plug it into the computer it does not recognize, charge or even acknowledge my ipod exists so I cant reset the software like I have done in the past. The frustrating part is that my Fiance's ipod registers immediately... Any ideas or am I just S.O.L Please let me know if you have any ideas. -Haydn
