Dvd Rom works properly on friends computer but not in my computer DVD-Rom Doesn't Read DVDs My Dvd rom reads both dvd & cd on friends computer. But when attached on my computer it shows as cd-rw and doesn't read dvds. I have tried to obtain its drivers also but failed. I know it is not h/w fault because my friends dvdrom works properly on my computer. Can anyone tell me what could be the problem with my dvd rom. Parallel Universe Can There Be More Than One Universe? What if the parallel universe essentially "overlaps" our universe. Based on quantum mechanics, matter can have multiple existence. Our physical reality of a known quantum state may be coexisting with another physical reality in another quantum state. Frankly, I think the Big Bang is a Christian influenced science that everything started from a singular point. Before our universe, there was another universe that cooled off and after infinite time started expanding again. There may be multiple parallel universes overlapping each other, each one in some unknown thermodynamic state of their own. help me My Parents Suck Today was the worst day of my life!! my best friend just died!! and my other one was in the hospital in critical condition! I didn't want to go to school I was a complete wreak. So I went mothers orders... Some girls where trying to tell me that I didnt give a **** about my best friend and I never liked them that I just wanted the attention. So I *****ed her out almost puncked her in the face but the worst part my mom. I tried texting her and asking her for advice but yeah that idea sucked because she told me that that girl was right and I needed to say sorry. Because she was my moms customer or some **** and then I hear stop being a drama queen ****!! then after solfball I get in the car she completly *****es me out in front of everbody I'm sure they think we're crazy. I couldn't believe what I was gearing from her I mean but two best friend just died and I get nothing from her not even a I'm so sorry. Is there anything. I think it's kinda funny that she dosn't have my back but has al of my friends back!! what a *****. O yeah and the other day she told me that I need to talk to her about some other stuff!! then I try to and she completly backfires it in my face. And the people that I love are gonna my brother dad and my twp best friend somtimes I wonder why I'm still her! people look at me and think that poor preppy cheerleader has no problems she has everything great house and cloths. able to upload to public_ftp but can Permission Denied In Creating A Directory I am able to upload my files on the servers public_ftp/incoming folder but am not able to open the same directory to read or download the files.The error which I'm getting is permission denied in /home/jahp/public_html/u_upload.Php I'm on linux hosting and the drive path I'm using is relative to the u_upload script.Is there any way I could change the permission of the directories.
