The title may be misleading because I have no idea what this is called. When searching for sites on google, it sometimes comes up with links within that website. For example, this site: I am talking about how to get those links within the red box in that image. How can I do this for my website? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply,I got a full backup before I checked this topic. I moved the backup file that was generated from the root folder to the public_html folder, so I was able to download it just by entering the address in my browser. It also had resume capabilities and went at a decent speed, so I've got all my files backed up now.

I am trying to backup my files on my account(in preparation for the next server disaster), and I am unable to download it. In my CPanel I goto the back-up screen to generate a full backup. Once that's done and its ready to be downloaded, It only downloads to 13% or 50mb before stopping. With and without a download manager. It doesn't help that resume is not supported in download managers. I have too many files on my account to backup with an FTP client, that would take hours and hours.What can I do to get a backup of my account?

I'll bet MSN is available in your area.... I'm an MSN person myself. You can still do call and video chats in msn.. even if the quality isn't as good. I usually don't use those functions anyway, so MSN does the job for me.

Do you want to do something bad to them? The only reason you would tell them that is if you want attention from them. Otherwise just stay out the persons way, and forget about it. Yeah, it depends on your requirements. If you want to make a kids website, Frontpage is the obvious choice. That said it all. Dreamweaver is the obvious choice. It's not even that hard to use, for a simple website at least. One particularly useful feature of Dreamweaver is its search function. I only just discovered this recently but found it really useful. You can actually search web files(html, php etc.) in directories. That means you can search strings through any number of html or php files simultaneously. I found this extremely useful. For those of us who arn't born with scripting brains and download php scripts, if you need to find a certain string within the folders and you're working with thousands of files, this saves you hours and hours. Dreamweavers got all sorts of great features.

As said in a previous post, I use rapidshare to download files you would usually get from torrents. If its not available from rapidshare, then it's not worth getting(not really, but you know, rapidshare has lots of stuff). I have a premium account so fast download speed, multiple downloads etc. It's good for downloading "legal" files and quickly. However back in my non-premium-rapidshare days, I used to have eMule. Just because my older brother was using it to download so it was the obvious choice for me. I use to think it was pretty cool and almost amazing what kind of stuff you could get from it. Nowadays though, that's almost laughable. What I would spend almost a month on eMule I can download in a good half hour. But yeah, my choice would be eMule.

What is God... one of the few questions you just don't ask. According to various bibles, God apparently created the earth. So for a random theory I just invented, God is your mind. That sounds a little weird, but let me explain the logic. God created the world, which is beautiful, right? Do you think the world is beautiful? Or Ugly? Which ever you think is the way you see the world, and thus you created, in your mind, the way the world is, or at least how your mind sees it. So in reality everyone creates their own world. Sure the actual world is a template for that, but your mind is still doing it. Life is all a mind game. Two people in the exact same life can be opposites. One depressed and miserable and the other the happiest person in the world. It all depends on how they see the world, their attitude, just how their mind perceives the world around them.

I had to vote for "a week" because otherwise my site would go down for lack of hosting credits. But seriously, I think I could live without a computer. I'd much rather be doing active things than sitting down staring at a screen. I've spent what you could call an unhealthy amount of time on my computer over the last year or two, and now I hate being on it. Of course I do use it regularly still, but no way near as much. I think a lot of people would be very bored without with things such as online games. I've heard of people just spending days and days on those. That's not a good thing for anyone.

I have backups, just not recent ones. I had an automated backup system which backed up my database daily, but that failed once my database became too large. I accidentally reset my password twice(thinking the system surely wouldn't let me do it again if i didn't have enough credits), so I went from 11 to -13 credits. I give up on this hosting service.

Too many families out there that would like to have a child? It should be 100% up to the mother in which the child is growing in whether or not she wants to keep the baby or not. I am all for abortions. The reason being that if a woman does not want a child, she should have a say in the matter. Having a child can permanently change a persons life forever, why can't they have a say in the matter. It's almost selfish to vote "yes" and say they should have the baby.

Well, if you believe the theory of evolution then it's quite unlikely that anything from this planet will live on Mars. Over millions of years organisms have adapted to the conditions and climate change of earth(thats not actually evolution, thats just adapting). They conditions on Mars are far too different from that of Earth, it's just not going to happen. It's so far away anyway, the temperature will never be suitable. Even if you could get plants up there, we could still never live there. What's the point in having an outerspace garden? Not much point at all. I think it will never happen.

So all we have to do is reset our passwords and our accounts will work again? This is so annoying... I just hope my community is still active once it returns. I don't have any recent back-ups of my databases either. If they are gone I hope I will be able to get them from the host backup's. I'm really disappointed with this service now. I suppose you can not run a non-hobby site on a free hosting service.

I think the future will see a reduction in desktop PC's. While I favor them over notebooks or PDA's, I think that the desktop computer will go. Before the next 10 years, I think we will see today's super computers in our pockets. However with PDA's I think we have gone as far as we can with size. If you can already fit a fully functional computer in your pocket, what's next? I suppose there will also be a time where hard drive space will be considered unlimited as the average computer will have so much space that it would take years of downloading to fill.I think the future will also contain less wires and less hardware. My computer is old, but it still has cords in a mess all over the place and I'm always running out of USB slots. I already have a wireless keyboard and mouse. Is there really any need for cords anymore? Why not just have everything wireless. Flick the switch and its all connected. I also recently saw a keyboard that is projected onto a surface, and you can just use that as your keyboard. That is amazing. Hardware projected by light. With today's technology you would think they are going to run out of ideas because it is already quite advanced. Apart from making them larger(in space) and faster, I guess the major future ideas will come from creativity and not so much advanced technology.

I have just managed to fix my computer and get online again to discover my site is either down, or gone altogether. I still have a positive credit count. I don't have any idea what has happened. My sub-domain is rmxp.trap17.com, and my domain is rmxpunlimited.net. The domain doesn't work at all, but the sub-domain shows a page that is shown after an account is created, i think. I also cannot login to CPanel. I would like to get my site back up as soon as possible. I had also recently made a topic about an automated database back-up with no success. I really hope my database has not been deleted as it contains a lot of valuable data from the last back-up which is not at all recent.

I used to have a non-flip phone tat I recently exchanged for a flip phone. I would say I definitely prefer the flip phone. With non-flip phones the screen is generally smaller because there needs to be room for the screen and buttons. With flip phones you have the same amount of space for both, making the screen a lot bigger. The screen is also protected with flip phones. With non-flip there is nothing between your delicate screen and something that will crack it and ruin your phone. Flip phones look better too.

I think it is worth upgrading to firefox 3. To the normal user there isn't a heck of a lot of difference. There are a couple of new noticeable features, but nothing that couldn't be done with plugins anyway. The most noticeable thing for me was my website in Firefox 3. Before the upgrade my drop-down menus were laggy and wouldn't animate properly(I think this was due to them being designed for IE because they worked perfectly in it). In Firefox 3 they work perfectly. I'm sure there are a lot of other behind the scenes features as well. I'm still getting the same old freezing up problem though. If I minimize FF after a while of browsing, it freezes when attempting to restore.

No, I didn't search the forum. I was looking for a file to upload(such as .htaccess) to increase the upload limit on my forums software. This means my members can upload files larger than 2mb. My host account's upload limit is unlimited(like yours, I presume). Which makes your post in that topic a bit confusing: I don't think there is an upload limit. Like I said, I think it is software related. I did find the solution I was looking for. I edited a .htaccess file that was already there in my forums directory. I added the following line to it: The "100" being the upload limit in megabytes. Thanks for your reply, Erdemir

Personally, I accept religions. In fact my best friend is Christian. You started out stating "I am not a Christian". Now you are thanking God. That is quite a change. I am against missionaries and their converting people to their own beliefs. In fact it makes me angry because I think this was not your decision, but in fact the schools "brainwashing". And don't anyone go telling me that it isn't, because it is. I take a Chemistry course at my school. I believe in Atoms and ions etc. because that is what we learn about. You are made to learn about God and the Bible. Someone tell me this isn't corruption? Read about our beliefs and we'll give you 15% of the years mark. Maybe I am bias and exaggerate a bit, but I don't agree with methods of missionary schools and the fact that others' beliefs are taught(brainwashed) in schools. I believe this school has given you your beliefs. And if that is true, that is very sad.

I had this setting done before, but I replaced the file and need to know how to do it again. That is, increasing the max upload limit. It currently is set to 2mb(on my forum for uploading), and I would like to increase it. I think that the limit is software related and not host related. How would I go about setting up a limit greater than 2mb? Thanks in advance.

This script that backs-up my database is actually a forum module. So it was written by someone else, not me. And it's options do not include backing up bit by bit. I looked through the options and changed them around to try and get it to work, with no luck.It makes it a lot more risky with out backing it up. If anything goes wrong, and it has in the past, we lose a lot data. And from the sounds of things, this module simply isn't going to work.
