Okay, you asked about the thing that scrolled up, which is called a marquee.

Here is the HTML code for a marquee which is scrolling toward the top, and can be stopped when the mouse is over the marquee:

If you don't want it to stop even if you move the mouse over the marquee, you can use this code:

<marquee direction="up" scrollamount="2" scrolldelay="70" align="center" height="100" width="100">Here is the text you want in the marquee. Enjoy.</marquee>

Also, scrollamout="2" is the speed. If you write scrollamount="1", the marquee will be slower. You can use all HTML formatting in the marquee, like images, tables, centering etc.

I bought a PC three years ago with P4.Also, I bought one one year ago, and one this year. The last two use AMD Athlon, and they're alot more noicy than the one with P4... Is the AMD fan more noicy, or is it something else? Because the case of the newest should be a very silent case...

I turn off my computer for the night, but the computer is on almost all the day. Also, here in Norway, we get the electricity from waterfalls, so the electricity is very cheap, and I don't think there will be more carbon dioxide by having it turned on here. But I always turn off my screen when I'm leaving the computer.

Yes, there are softwares, but I'm not sure that they work on the Web MSN Messenger.

Well, I voted windows. It's the OS I use, because many programs doesn't work on anything else that Macintosh. Also, I don't experience many problems in Windows, and I don't really understand why people says that windows has soooooooooo many problems... Of course, there are more bugs in windows than in mac, but I don't care, I can't use Mac, since everything is made for windows...

No, but why do you want to change your photoshop loading screen? You only see it in 15 secs anyway...But if you see in your photoshop folder, maybe there's an image for the loading screen, which you can change... I don't really know...

Me and some friends are making a site for a game, where we use CSS. Look at this page and the hover effects in Firefox, Internet Explorer and then Opera. Note that in the hover code, I have put "height: 100%".

I would say XP cause all games works on my computer, which is an XP.Most of the games are made for XP or another Windows system, that's why noone has said anything about linux...
