If the internet went down.I would wonder why it went down, call my service provider and give them 48hrs to put it back up or they would pay for my next months bill.If Phones and all communication went down.I would be like damn and go out side and work on my 46 willys jeep.its very far from being done.If all of the above happened.I would do number one and number two. Its good to get outside kids, Irecomend it once in awhile.

well from what your asking i dont think a BB would do you much good, To get all the feactures that you want without having to change a bunch of *BLEEP* around, i would go with a CMS like phpnuke or postnuke or one like that. that seems like it would be the simplist way if you asked me.

Well you cant kill all the svchost, one of them will always be running if your useing the internet with a Cat 5e cable or on a network. I would try booting windows in safe mode and running a virus scan and a spyware scan. If that doesnt do it for you then try going back a couple restore points.

Yea alperuzi is right, its not overclocking. What your prob. seeing is the sjustment for your aperture size. Set it to the max but ill tell ya right now it wont really make a diference.
