In my opinion the site doesn't look as professional as its possibilities can take it but other the less its and ok site just update the template a little and it will be great.

The reason it takes so long is probably because there is a spyware infection , or you have too many programs running in the background making the computer close them all maunaly which takes time try deinstalling some or restore your computerThats my suggestion

Thats a lot of mail capacity in one in box i heard of 1 gb but never 30 in one simple mail box .
