  1. I would have to go for PC all the way if you have a good one. You can do so much more on it than you can do on a consol. But then again consoles are coming out with some pretty awsome stuff.PCs still however can do a lot of what consoles can (other than specific games) and then some. You can play DVDs, connect to the internet, still play games, etc.

  2. I used to play Counter Strike quite a bit but then I quit. Then I got back into and quit again. I played until I got MMO's which i find are quite amuzing XD. I play CS 1.6 still though. On the occasion that is. I like that you can have custom skills. But I have to say that I like CS 1.6 compared to Counter Strike: Source. I don't really like the skins for source XD. But hey once you can customize those a little more I'm sure I will like it more than 1.6 =p

  3. Is alien hardware any diffrent from normal stuff from dell or other companys?

Yes in some cases they do use differnt products. Much of thier stuff can ONLY be found in Alienware products.

i got a great comp for 1810.00$its a perfect gaming comp

What specs does that computer have? I know that you could probably get pretty darn good specs for much less. With money like that you could actually get an aliendware PC XD. But I think you made the right choice with the custom build <_<

So I agree with thejester, build your own PC

    Thank you haha. I know that when I usually downgrade Aliendware I get bashed for it ^^;;

But again build a custom. Unless you really don't mind spending the money for a quick PC. Because customizing does take time finding the right prices and hardware. I know that my dad actually got delayed in his PC because he couldn't get the CPU he wanted because it is a "hot" item. But if you get got the money and get frusted by delys then get an Alienware

  4. Actually Crisseh that might be the problem (area where it is). I actually have it in a small "cubby" in my desk. I would have it else where but unfortunately if i did put it under my desk or on top I was afriad to hit it and knock it over. So my dad actually put it in the cubby to keep it safe. On my old computer it was fine but I guess this one could hold the stress. Go figure. But I think I'll try to find a new place for my computer ^^. Thanks for the suggestion! And about the DVD-ROM drive getting stuck even when its horrizontal? It is probably just DELL. I don't know why people like DELL's. After what I went through with this one... I think I'm done with 'em. From now its all custom!

  5. I have never actually used drugs personally, but I know quite a few people who have. I am in highschool, an upper middle class one so you know that there are pot smokers. Some also go to other extremes like Acid and such forth. I can't say that I never want to try marijuana but I'm in no rush haha. The other drugs, however, I will never try. I don't care how curious I get or if people who do use it say it isn't that bad I just will not try them. Drinking alcohol is also another thing that I dislike. The taste is the only reason though.

  6. Yeah the overheating a real problem. And I have heard that DELL computers are actually the worst when it comes to overheating. Their casing doesn't actually keep the computer as cool as it is supposed to. I went on a website that my dad uses (Computer guy) which sells different cased. The cases they have are simply AMAZING. They range in price from $30 - $200. They come in a slick design and some actually have temperature readings on the case so you can see if your computer is overheating or not. Some can actually hold up to SIX fans. The two that point onto the video card and CPU and 4 additional fans that are located all around the computer (generally the back).

Most of the computers actually hold up to 3 or more harddrives. I don't know why people actually need the ability to hold that much data but they can if they want to! I actually could just imagine if I put in 3 different 250GB HD's. The thought of running out of space is a thing of the past XD.

I was going to get a case from them but there ar eso many to choose from I am not sure which one to get. I may stick with the computer casing that is coming with my new computer.

My dad said that you can only get casings and products if you are a registered user and in the computer business. However you can still look at the different casings here!

  7. I use Dreamweaver MX 2004 personally. I love it because it is easy to use and still gets the job done. The code/design feature really helps so you know how much of a difference your code made to your site before posting it on the web. And of course it has the ability to actually show what your website will look like on the web just incase the design feature isn't a good enough look for you. You can do XHTML, HTML, CSS, and much more on it too! It comes with tutorials that you can get on CD or online. I suggest to any beginners or even advance web designers to get Dreamweaver for its effective and userfriendly properties

  8. Final Fantasy XI I thought was brilliant. But it is highely underrated in the USA. Most people don't like the "experience" system. The ability to down level I believe is a great strat. It really helps so you don't get random people just running and and trying to randomly kill things. Also the game is strictly party based after the level of 10. This is good because it keeps people nice, because face it, if you aren't nice to others in the game, trust me you will be kicked and probably never level. Although it is frustrating when you can't get a party going I still find it very fun <_<. I do play World of Warcarft too though. Basically for friends that play it though. I find the FFXI community much more mature though. That is the one thing I regret from going to FFXI to WoW.

  9. I'm thinking about getting it. Is it really worth ?50 though? I mean, that's quite expensive compared to other games I've bought.

I think it is worth it completely. It is one of those games you that you can just keep playing and getting new quests. There are thousands of miniquests you can do. I was amazed by the graphics too of course. They really made a step up from Elder scrolls III to IV. I do still like III but Oblivion blew my mind. The storyline and game play is simply the best in Console RPGs. The freedom that you have is also worth mentioning. Getting it for PC or Xbox 360 doesn't really matter much. But if you are getting it for PC make sure you have EXCEDED the requirments. Playing this game in smooth, lag free conditions really does matter

  10. I believe the reason he posted in this section is that alienware is solly created for gaming. However yes I do think this is the wrong section. But to answer your question I hav eto say that alienware is NOT a great system. I suggest actually getting a custom built computer. The prices that alienware is asking for is way overpriced. It helps having someone in the computer business to get computer parts cheap. However anyone who can get the computer parts off the market can still build a very nice computer. When they say that alienware is for gaming, they mean it. It basically ONLY plays games. Which with a custom you can do just about anything. As you can see I'm not a big fan of alienware, however they DO have some products that you can only get from alienware. But again, greatly overpriced

  11. Well I have created a forum using invisionfree. I actually just recently got back to updating it. But unfortunetly for me once I start updating I can't stop. So I would really appreciate it if I got some advice on how to update the website XD! I currently have a couple things on my "To do" list for my website

    1) Edit banner
    2) Get a MySQL
    3) Other WoW addons and such what

Well without further adue my websites: http://aoeguild.co.nr/ .
If you ever need or want to look at my site again just click my signature or come back here XD! I will hopfully get this Xisto working so I can start on the actual site instead of just a forum =P

    Suggestions STRONGLY appreciated

  12. I love the skin that you got going with your website personally. It actually really wants me to get a Xisto website going XD! I also have a forum that I use for my guild in World of Warcraft. Unfortunetly with free forum hosts you can't get your own MySQL usually so if I managed to make a forum using phpBB like you I would have to get them to reregister which I don't want =/.But again, I like the site <_< Keep it going and get new members! Good luck
