Nope, my XP computer has been really good. Although on 98 it was frozen most of the time! I agree with snlildude it all depends on your processor. Obivously, if you have a virus, that may be causing that problem.

I've seen millions of documentary programs and newspaper articles about this conspiracy of landing on the moon, personally, I don't think we did land on the moon, the evidence is right there to show this! There are photos of of the flag waving in the wind and I think that the Americans were so desperate to get to the moon before the russians, they faked it + fooled the world. In interviews with Buzz Aldrin he hates talking about what was supposed to be landing on the moon, could it be because they didn't actually land there? Around 160,000 pictures were taken during the mission, but only a handful are available to the public.

That happened to a friend of mine, she had to totally wipe her computer and re-install windows. She typed in some search engines web address wrong, I think it was Dog Pile. I always have firewalls running like Zone Alarm and Microsoft Anti-Spy. Shouldn't be much of a problem for me. Plus I use the embedded search engine for google, e-bay etc. in firefox

I also hate the Microsoft software, every time I use it there's a problem! The same sorta thing happened to me when I was writing an English essay, the whole computer froze because I pressed the spell check button at the end of writing it all up. Unlike your scenario, I save manually and frequently. Luckily, I saved all my work before spell checking, just had to restart my comp again.

My favourite subjects are ICT, French and Geography! I especially love ICT (I know more that the teacher ) I'm also taking those subjects for GCSE next year.

As I can't decide, I have two favourite books. * The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night Time by Mark Haddon * The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy by Douglas Adams In The Curious Incident... the style is so fantastic that it leads you to believe that this is a true story. This book, about a boy with asperger's syndrome, is remarkable and is definately a must read! Read it and you'll find out what I mean! The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy - amazing, need I say more? Those of you that have read this book will understand where I'm coming from. Where else would you find a funny sci-fi? No matter how many times I read it, I will never get bored!

I agree with that, theres always something to listen to in the rock genre, for every mood!

What is your fave type of music?My fave is constantly changing, I was really into pop when I was still a 'little kid' but I'm really getting into rock now. Anyway, I think that the type of music someone likes can relate to how people act. If you look at people who really really like Dance or Pop music they are completely different to people that really really like Rock and heavy metal stuff. What do you think about that aswell?

I play piano and have done since yr.5, im in yr.9 now. I kind of enjoy it, but it can be a bit of a drag. I hope to start some guitar lessons soon with some of my friends.

Well Pope Benedict XVI as he is now called was in the Nazi youth, but he left to become a priest. He will be a marvellous Pope and the Catholic Christian community has reconcilled the Germans now, I don't think that we should still be prejudice against them and what happened, it was the past.I am a Catholic and will respect all Pope's, unless they are apocolyptic or something. I also totally agree with Wyllt, it was compulsory for him to join and Ratzinger didn't hurt anyone. Pope Benedict XVI will be a great Pope and I think he learned that the world needs peace after what he went thorugh in his youth.

I used Firefox v 1.0.2 first and then I used Internet Explorer.Firefox blocked everything except for the drop down pop-up.Internet Explorer (using SP2) on the other hand was dreadful, it only blocked the normal type pop-ups but all the floating ones etc. were not blocked.Anyway, thanks for telling me about that website, it's interesting to know how much security differs from one browser to another!

I have only ever used Windows 98, XP and Apple Mac but I think XP is my favourite, but after hearing from all the people that said Linux is good, I would like to try that!

Well I personally am awful at the rubix cube, my uncle on the other hand is doctor of maths and he can do them in a at the most 24 seconds. My little cousin always changes the stickers around, I guess it's easier that way

There are many things that annoy me, but my top 3 are:1. People that talk right the way through movies and just won't shut up and then start asking stupid questions like "why did he do that" and the answer always is "lets look at the movie and find out".2. Parents - need I say more?3. People that smoke while walking, actually strike that, people that smoke! I absolutely hate it, it seems worse to me than licking somebody's toes that has athletes foot. What is the point on spending your money on that kinda stuff, its such a waste and they're so expensive.

I use Incredimail aswell, (I like the notifiers ). It is good because you can approve senders and only your approved senders go into your inbox, otherwise it goes to your junk mail, I think it is one of the best junk mail filters!

I use Norton Anti Virus, it's really good and you do get what you pay for, it does have a "Live Update" and its a good firewall(as you get Norton Internet Security with it!) If you want a good and free antivirus, that updates itself aswell, then I would suggest AVG, you can find by clicking HERE Hope that helps!
