  1. I definitely eat with my friends, it's boring otherwise, always try to be social and it makes me less depressed on a school day lolWe always eat together, I suppose we are very good friends to each other, apparently we laugh too much aswell
  2. My favourite TV shows have to be Friends, The Simpsons, Smallville and, ofcourse, at the moment Lost, can't wait for Season 2, I've seen all of Season 1, got the DVD boxset...I also like Futurama and The OC, but they hardly ever show them in the UK now
  3. I would get the PS3, firstly because I have the PS2 and loads of games for it.. Secondly, becuase the games for the X-Box seem to be created for an older audience. I prefer the type of games that come out on Playstation. And Sony products rule Lol, very funny, I agree with you...
  4. I heard that you can get a Mac face for computers that support Windows, my friend had it installed a while ago, he said it slowed his computer down alot...I'd rather stick with Windows for the moment... but as for Mac being the leader in the computing industry, I think it's quite possible in the future, it is a very good OS.
  5. Oh my God, well, I've certaintly signed the petition!I am a very private person and I do not want the government sneeking around my business, it would be so pathetic.Yes, it could possibly help stop all these phedofiles and the child pornography, but most people don't do that kinda stuff, they use their computer for entertainment and other stuff.I'm against it completely!
  6. On a normal, boring school day, I wake up at 7:45 to prepared to go to school at around 8:55.I don't usually get out of bed until around 8:00, it's hard to get up straight away!!Anyway, after that hugeely difficult task, I go downstairs and prepare breakfast, usually some fruit (I'm healthy ), thn I eat it while looking at either friends or everybody loves raymond, lol.I'm usually done by about 8:20, then I go upstairs, wash, change into my uniform and gussy up ready for school by about 9:50.Then, I'm in school by 9:00 at the latest and I'm usually woken up then by all my friends screaming in my face "HIYA"... lol
  7. That's a first for me, I thought they were just there to annoy you and pee you off Anyway, yes, the 'enter' button really annoy me and if the site has absolutely loads of pop-ups, one or two fine. But since I started using Mozilla Firefox, it's fine anyway And I hate those full screen pop-unders, UGH, what the hell is the point? The fancy javascript stuff is bugging me alot lately, the stuff that follows the mouse as you said This list really could go on forever as rvalkass said..
  8. Yes, it will, just like the Playstation 3 will be able to play the old PS1 and PS2 games. They have said that they can't say for sure it will play all of the old X-Box games though. I remember buying an old PS1 game and it wouldn't work on my PS2, so, it might be the same story for the new X-Box 360..
  9. Yup, I did that, it looks great. It's on my desktop now, thanks green fairy
  10. Now, I love this topic, not meaning that I look forward to the end of the world, but I like hearing and giving an opinion. I'm a Roman Catholic, and I'm sure you all know about Revelations, it might not be true... About the year 1139, St Malachy O'Morgair, Archbishop of Armagh in Ireland, wrote down a list of Popes. He listed 112 future popes, each with a phrase describing them which was in Latin. It has been correct so far, and there are only 2 more names on the list. The last of which is given a long, apocalyptic description, instad of a phrase. It says that there will be a World War III, after a lesser tribulation, people have said to me that this 'lesser tribulation' could be the recent terrorist attacks (ie. London Bombings) or the Iraq War. World War III is named 'the war of the arabs'. The arabs, according to this, win the war. Then in the late 2030's there will be World War IV, which will be more severe (you can read about the severeness of WWIII in the link below) than the previous war. Later, more popes will succeed, but do not last for long, and the return of Christ will accordingly happen in 2437, after a reign of the Antichrists. Visit this website for more information. It is very interesting, and actually quite scary if you read it. You all probably think I'm loopy, but I don't fully believe it. It's just extremely interesting to read... There's my essay on the end of the world anyway... beat that Whoops, I forgot to add the bit about the actual end of the world Apparently after all the wars have finished, God will punish the world and St Malachy wrote that 'the great judge will judge the people'. Notice from BuffaloHELP: Merged double posts.
  11. I've never liked peanut butter, I was forced to try it when I was about 5 and I had to spit it out, I think it is absolutely disgusting...
  12. Well, it is a family theme park, so they would have more kids rides there. Personally I think Space Mountain is CrAzY. Anyway, this 'Expedition Everest' thingy sounds cool, can't wait to see how it turns out! Oh and when I was at Disneyland I thought that the pin trading stuff was a little bit sad to be honest, it's like those Pokemon cards, remember them, UGH. Don't get me wrong, Disneyland rocks, but they seem to be using the same ideas all the time, for example their 4D shows (Honey I Shrunk The Audience etc.). They need to think of something new...
  13. Winamp takes quite a while to load on my computer, perhaps because I have all the SHOUTcast add-ons for internet broadcasting etc. I use both Windows Media Player and Winamp. Windows Media player for movies and other video, then Winamp for music. I use Winamp for music because WMP doesn't play half my MP3's for some reason . And I use Media Player for my movies and stuff because in Winamp, when I'm in full screen video mode I can't turn the volume up or down without turning off full screen mode and then putting it back... So in conclusion, they both have pros and cons, perhaps things for them both to look at..
  14. I think that the Eye Toy: Play for the PlayStation 2 was a bit pointless.YAY, let's wash the screen :)It was the dumbest idea ever...
  15. At the moment I am absolutely obsessed with The Sims 2, and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 for PC. Haven't really got much time for anything else... :)They have to be the best games ever (other than the Metal Gear Solid games for PS).
  16. I'm 13.. 14 on the 29th August :DJust started learning all this coding stuff last year, it's become one of my good hobbies (not just to create sites, but also to post on Xisto )
  17. Well, when I first bought my computer Norton Internet Security was already on my system and everytime I went on the internet I had to disable it because it blocked every single page. When my subscription ran out, I didn't bother paying, because it didn't help much at all.All you need to do to be safe on the internet is get ZoneAlarm Free Version, when asked whether to allow or reject, make a wise decision, just don't press a random button. Also, get Ad-Aware and Microsoft Anti Spy-Ware. Use regularly and you'll be fine.
  18. Hmmm, sounds interesting and STRANGE, weird, unusual, whatever you want to call it. I like sony (hence the name sonyguy) but the idea of them messing about with my brain has turned me off of them a bit and personally I do not think this is a good insight into what the future holds.Although it would be extremely cool, having even more wires (which you would probably have to put all over your body) and paying extreme prices would turn me off their product, not make me want to buy it
  19. Solar power can be pretty good, if you don't use that many electrical items. Recently I visited a public 'house of the future', it was completely powered by solar energy and I think they realised that it didn't produce much because the only things I saw were lights, TV and a fridge that were electrical. It really was pathetic. At the moment, I think we should just stick to solar powered garden lights. Hopefully, the technology will advance pretty quickly (like everything else is at the moment), then, and only then, can we start thinking of solar powered everythings.
  20. Well, in my school we don't have an SRO, to be honest I've never even heard of SRO's. The school staff always break up the fight, usually the caretaker, and then the head teacher always deal with it afterwards, either with detention, suspension, or, if more serious, expulsion.Just this year two boys had an absolutely huge arguement at break time over a girl and they planned a fight for during lunch. At this point I would like to point out that none of the teachers knew this until the fight happened. They started punching each other and one of their shirts came off and flew up on to the roof (it was quite funny in one sense). Then the caretaker came out broke it up and a load of teachers came out to divide them and sort them out. I think they both had a week of suspension and some counselling + detention when they came back.Oh, and if your wondering about the shirt that blew up on the roof, it blew somewhere else and was never seen again...
  21. Very interesting, I didn't think you could skim the X-Box or any games console for that matter. Get some pictures for us, please... By the way: VERY FUNNY!!
  22. John Cleese has to be one of the best comedians ever. He is the funniest person I've ever seen. He managed to make a classic TV series in just 12 episodes (Fawlty Towers for all you muppets who haven't guess yet).Anyway, this is hilariously funny, I'm laughing out loud in hysterics. In particular, rule 14 is very good, I suppose it's kind of true as well, how many documentaries have been made about that? I've completely lost count...I am printing this off as we speak to show all my friends, I'm sure they will be in the same state as I am at the moment -
  23. This is very effective, easy and fun to do! Thanks for ALL of your great tutorials, they are fantastic and easy to understand, I'm sure everyone would agree with me...
  24. sonyguy

    Xbox 360

Hey I'm the sonyguy here Anyway, what the hell were Microsoft thinking when they thought of that design? How are you supposed to fit that by your TV? The other slimmer version looks better, probably very bulky again though... Sony and the PlayStation 3 all the way
  25. I think it's a great thing that the police are going into your school, you should consider it as a massive privilege. We only get them in when an incident has already happened, like someone stealing somebody's wallet or something. At the end of the school day there might be some police there after a drugs incident (happens once a year or something). I was thinking about that, you could be right. The 'smokers union' as we call them always try to avoid the police when they are in school, from my observations in the past.
