Also if you want an internet connection you will need to set up the default gateway IP address as the machine with the internet connection. EG if the windows machine's ip is 123.123.123.1 and that is the machine with the internet connection then on the other machine, the mac, the "default gateway" address should be 123.123.123.1. Same goes for the other way around. @kdr AS ive never networked a mac is this what you was referring to with the ICS and instaling software? If so then i assume, and i could be wrong, that no extra software would be required as the mac machine would use the windows one as the gateway and windows would handle it the same if it were windows or mac or linux or anything else? We will see i guess! Which reminds me i really should get some linux ISO's for this machine...*wanders off into oblivion*

Yeh i would use a require function to include a session initiating and checking script and then enclose the current page content within an IF statement to determine what is/isnt shown depending on whether the user is logged in or not I'll be watching this thread as the only log in system i mad was very basic and ive never made a registration form yet so i can pick up some tips by seeing how you do it and how it looks in the end

It sounds similar to the mailinator website. Same idea, type anything as an email address then enter the same in the website and it will show you any mail you've got. Great for websites you don't really care about but need an email address for validation. Just remember dont let any personal/important/private emails go there because anyone can see them

The error could be related to the version of php you are using. This function is only supported by php 3 and above. I havent tried setting it up myself but that error usually means that php doesnt know what to do because it doesnt know what that function is and thats usually because php is utdated and needs to be updated.

Im English and i absolutely hate almost everything about america, america is Englands child and i wish we would disown it. I wont be taking on this jb but i thought id mention that for the restricted access to certain areas anyone who does take this on would most likely need to design or at least modify all the areas affected by the restricted access. EG if an area called "members" (inventive i know!) was to be restricted then the coder would need to modify all pages in this area. Maybe only adding a few lines of code but maybe changing a lot of things so you'd have to be prepared to make a few changes! If i had the time id give it a shot but i have exams coming up in a few weeks so ill have to pass on this one! EDIT: You already have a members login area so it might not involve so much editing of existing pages. Whats wrong with the current one?

The problem with the limited connection could be a problem with the IP configuration in the machines. As ive never used a mac ill describe what to do on a windows and say what parts you should do on the mac also though i cant tell you exactly how to do it on a mac! First thing is to check the IP addresses of both machines, in windows open up the command prompt by ging to the start menu then "run" and type "cmd" and press enter, when the black command prompt box comes up type: ipconfig and press enter, you should now see something similar to this image (click to see) Image Now the numbers will be different, leave the windows machine now and do a similar thing on the mac if possible, you cna also find this information from the network settings menu i think, probably under something like "advanced" or "support" Im nt sure which but it will probably be under/linked with "TCP/IP configuration" too. What you are looking for is information on the IP address (expressed as xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) the subnet mask (usually expressed as something like 255.255.xxx.xxx) and the default gateway (also expressed as xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) ONce you have this information compare it to the information currently displayed on the windows machine. The "subnet mask" number s should be exactly the same, and the IP addresses should be similar, let me explain If the ip addresses dont follow the above trends then that could be a problem, if this is the case then we need to change the addresses. In windows go to the control panel and then into networking and select the LAN/ethernet connection then double click on "tcp/ip" in the box and you should see the settings here, for now set the ip address to "192.168.1.2" and the subnet mask to "255.255.0.0". On the mac machine find the settings for tcp/ip also and set the ip address to "192.168.1.3" and the subnet mask to the same as above. You might need to restart both machines now. Once rebooted check the connection. One way is to go back into command prompt in windows and type "ping 192.168.1.3" and see what happens, if all goes well yull get a message at the end saying something like "success rate xx%" and it will tell you how many packets were returned, hopefully it says 4 then everything should work. If that's not the problem then im not sure what to say! that was the issue with my two windows machines at one point.

thats not very easy though...first the program would have to make a full website, register at an ad company, place the ads according to the credentials it just registered with, then it needs to register for web osting, then register for a domain name, then upload the website, close the connection, sign out etc...and start again using totally new credentials. Its possible but it would take a lot of VB or C programming and isnt worth the time.The best way to get money from the internet is to use your brain. Make a business, its not rocket science and if you haven't got the skills to do so then you shouldn't bother trying, which is why i dont have an online business, at the moment i dont have the skills nor desire. Well i would suggest not leeching the images from runescape, they wont like it very much and its probably the reason why the images arent reliable. Instead make your own image similar to that one, try not to copy it because it might be copyrighted and that wont go down well either. you can copy the shape and perhaps change the colours to a different shade of grey in each corner or something.The code looks fine at a glance i think its just the fact its being used from runescape.com

Hi there, i noticed an important error in those errors: This means that either the username "dagger" or "dagger@localhost" does not exist in the SQL username list. Or the password for this username is wrong. The file trying to log in to the database is "/home/dagger/public_html/forums/sources/Drivers/mySQL.php" So if you could open that file (go into control panel and then into the "file manager" and then youll see lots of folders and files, find the one called "dagger" and click the little folder icon next to it, repeat this step for "public_html", "forums", "sources" and "Drivers" and then look for the file called "mySQL.php" and clock its name once, then in the top right youll see a list of actions, select EDIT. Now youll see lots of code, dnt worry what it says, just click in the box where the code is and use your browsers find function to search for "mysql_connect" and when its found copy and paste that entire line. Also if you see any lines that look like: $username = "dagger";or$host = "something"; copy and paste those here too. I think the problem is in the username/password (but for security you shouldnt post the password here) or with the server name the script is using. What i hope we can do is check the username is in the username list and that it is allowed to connect to the database and that the php code is looking in the right place for the databases.

For the replica to have a pulse it first needs to know the pulse it should have and this would include the real human sending the data to the robot...now if we could send the info to the robot why not send it to the doctor and cut the middle man? ... Robots cant just replicate us, they need to know the data to replicate such as gender height etc...and it would be easier to just collect this information ourselves and send it on ourselves to the doctor via email or telephoneAnd why the hell would anyone want to eat a load of robots pretending to be a banana? But the government have a tool or something they can use to send agents back in time or let them veiw things back in time and the lead character is an agent who doesnt know about this and finds out and has to go back in time or something to save a boat getting blown up. I think deja vu could be a few things, like a memory of an event, EG someone saying hello, being badly recalled when someone else says hello and as its badly recalled, sort of corrupt, you don't feel it as a memory just as deja vu. Or a similar thing but something that happened in a dream/daydream Or even a sort of premonition that hasn't happened and when it does you get a similar thing to the corrupt memory idea and you feel deja vu.I don't think we will ever know for sure though.

to be honest anyone buying gold illegally for a game shouldn't do it. Ive never played silkroad but i assume, as with every other game i know of, that buying gold for it is against the rules of the game and as such is almost illegal. But if it says youre not allowed then you will get found out and most likely banned. not to mention its also cheating and silly. well from a taste point of view id have to say other and go with "relentless" Damn that stuff tastes great, you also get like a pint of it in a can because they big cans! and they only cost about the same as red bul, just over a pound. Value for money would be either relentless as you get a lot of energy for a pound, or the tesco branded "kick" just like red bull but about half the price.Overall id say relentless because it tastes better and you get more for your money!
