  2. I use picasa and I love it, because I use alot of google tools, and I love how everythings intergrated into a nice suete of tools. It runs in the background and finds pics, but sometimes it finds my program's graphics and some other stuff that I don't want. Kinda annoying... Anyway, they will probably fix that in an update.

  3. woah woah woah, let's backtrack here. Ads are annoying, yes. They also support web sites, true. You can choose to block them, but in most cases people are afraid they will get TRACKING COOKIES whick LOG ALL OF YOUR DETAILS and FAVORITE WEBSITES so they serve ADS THAT INTEREST YOU. Some people want PRIVACY, so they block them. So yeah, firefox may kill the internet, but free services are what you pay for. They are not guarenteed, and most people when they like a site, donate. So ads are just a cheap way to make money and woulden't be very good anyway. When's the last time you've seen an ad online that you've actually clicked? I only click them to support that certain site. Still, some people don't use the ADBlock tool. So it's a huge topic, that's what I know.

  4. Creative Commons is a flexible copywright for website owners and is ABSOLUTLY FREE.

    You can license anything automatically once you post your article or whatever.

    All you do is put this code on the bottom of your page:

    <!--Creative Commons License--><a rel="license" href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/"><img'>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/"><img alt="Creative Commons License" border="0" src="http://creativecommons.org/images/public/somerights20.png"/></a><br/>  This work is licensed under a <a rel="license" href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/">Creative'>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/">Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5 License</a>.  <!--/Creative Commons License--><!-- <rdf:RDF xmlns="http://web.resource.org/cc/" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns;  <Work rdf:about="">  	<license rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/" />  </Work>  <License rdf:about="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/"><permits rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/Reproduction"/><permits rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/Distribution"/><requires rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/Notice"/><requires rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/Attribution"/><prohibits rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/CommercialUse"/></License></rdf:RDF> -->

    It is NOT a real copywright, because you can distribute, view, copy, etc. content, but under certain guidelines unless given permission by the creator. I put this on my site and it is GREAT.

    the site is https://creativecommons.org/

    Enjoy!

  5. I have some good Ideas.I think we should have a button on the top of the forums that brings you back to the forum index.Also, I think we should have a topsites list for Xisto. There are many good free ones out there, and I think it would be amazing. Think of how we would think of other members? Joining would be optional. It would iclude the top 10 and baners for them in a nice little table, and the rest can upload or provide an icon to the left if they are in the top 50, and the rest are shown on a seperate page.What do you guys think of these ideas?
