But, in case you only want to know to do it with photoshop or paint shop pro, i haven't made that effect yet, but if you want i can check it out for you, just say the word.

No bad at all, but, in my opinion you should insert another kind of menus, like java, dhtml or flash (top and side menus).If you need help building cool menus, just contact me.Besides that it's ok.The colors are good.The template is good.The text fonts +/-.6 OUT OF 10.Keep up.Good work.

Hi.Generaly is not bad, maybe you have to work better in the use of colors, and for that there are some usefull free tools named color pickers (i use a non free one named colorimpact) but there's a good one named "rgblab 2005" (i think) and it's free, you'll learn a lot with this tools.Then try to insert more content in that website, but remember that the most important it's not quantity, it's quality, so, for now i think your're doing a good job.If you need any help with colors, or if you want the best e-books about webdesign, just contact me, i will send you the links or the files.

If you stiil want someone to build a forum to insert it on your website, think again because this way you can alsow build/host your own forum without learning php.

If you mean if i have made my own forum, no i haven't.I've alsow begin with proboards.com and then to invisionplus.com. and more, but i think that phpbb is better if you want to control your forum completely.I Beleave that if you download the phpbb and if you learn how to configure it well you can alsow take full control of that copy, but that could take lots of work and time. I am realy thinking to build my own forum but now i don't have much time to do it, in fact, i'm not even motiveted to do it because i already have to much work to do.

I agree with you michaleq, if it was between php and php, i would vote in php because it's more easy to build dynamic websites, but in this case i have to vote in html because i use it with flash.

I Think there's a free flash component for sliding menus in flash at:http://www.developgo.com/ But you can alsow do it in java or javascript with some specific tools, you have to search in:google.com;or betterdownload.com;Anyway, if you can't do it, just tell me wht you want specific, and i do it for you if you want, or just put the questions here.
