  2. Well my free time has changed very much lately. Since I broke up with my girl I am having problems to conncet to real world, well that is I hope only temporary. I like to make photography in my free time, playing nine pins (in which I got some medals in the past), cycling in summer, rolling, and visiting cool places in mountains like this one here. I guess like to hang up my free time in the nature. Computer based free time contains webdesigning, image processing and fixing hardware and software problems with my friend's computers. Best regards.

    Hosting Credits

Well if one day has 100 cents of hosting credits and a day has 3600 minutes, means you lost 0.01 hosting credits per 36 minutes. If my calculations are correct this means 3600 minutes divided by 100 cents of hosting credits = 36 minutes. I like this kind of organized hosting system which is very fair. I never have had any problems with it. I think good margin is to have 30 days hosting credits and then you post every day 1-2 posts to keep your credits refreshed.Best regards.
  4. First of all I would get rid of all of your spyware and adaware you have on your computer. Meaning you need to install Spybot-Search-and-Destroy and some really good antivirus like Kapersky or Nod32 in Safe Mode (safe mode is accesed via pressing key F8). After all your viruses are killed and adaware and spyware removed, you should also run program Hijack this. Links: Kaspersky_Antivirus Spyboot_Search_and_Destroy HijackThis Hope this helps.
  5. I borrowed some three pictures from the net to show this particular tehniques, so I can't state where are those from. But I am from Slovenia. I could found some of this kinda parks here also.
  6. As some of you have mentioned I should make a basic tutorial on have to make good looking pictures. Today I will talk about ?Rule of Thirds?. This rule is applied to your pictures when you don't have some better idea on how to make composition of you new born picture. This rule isn't just for begginers, so some of you want think they are trully begginers in photography world. It is good helpful tip on how to make your pictures more dynamical. I think even Pablo Picasso used this rule in his drawings. We can see lines that defines thirds by vertical and horizontal axis. On first picture I think there is obvious what rule of thirds is. We have divided whole picture into thirds by horizontal and vertical axis. Face sunflower is pointing into empty space. This can be applied for anything, like: direction of moving object, direction of human face, animals, etc?,. If those object would be facing into end of picture or a car would be driving into end of picture instead of empty space, observer would think that this object will run out of picture. Here we get feeling surfer will run out of the picture, which is not OK. Here surfer is running is presented more in dynamical way, cause he has space infront of him. Althought sometimes symetry or central composition isn't good or rather unpreciatted in photography world, there are case when central composition is good thing to do. But thats already rather personal taste and some experiences involved. This next picture is good example for good central composition, where I tried to show how human body is symetrical and even. I wanted to show here how symetrical and even is human body, and lines and curves of female body. For end there is also to know how to make frames with trees and objects in surroundings. Picture show good example on how to make nice picture with ?Rule of Thirds? and some framing tehnique to avoids ? tiny subject surrounded by vast empty space? syndrome. Good framing tehnique with trees and also aplied with "Rules of thirds". I hope this article will help some people to make better photos in future and I wish you good light everyone. Best regards, Robert
  7. Hi, Jave. Zhanx for submitting my guestbook.I like your photos and your site very much, heep the good work up.best regards, Robert.

  9. Thanx for comments. I use Canon Powershot G3 camera. which I will never gonna sell. Infrared photography is actually capturing InfraRed light that is bounced off the things that do that e.g. clorofile in plants. So best time to do this is in autumn and summer. I tried this now, cause I wanted to, I was kinda anxious what results will I get. About number of my images, well this are actually all of my images that are worth showing in public (taking in account my self judgment ) Dragonfly, thanx for submiting my guestbook, thats really nice to see About unabled to open my images, I guess you have javascript disabled in your browser. Here are two: Image1 Image2

  12. I also recommend visiting site CSS Creator.
  13. CSS is the best thing since sliced bread. My first website project were done with frames. And thanx god I met good friend on the net which intruduced me to CSS. What is CSS for? It is for declaration of website layout. Headers, footer, height, margins, padding........... Here is some coding without CSS-->> div id=footer; background url(....something http) <--this is not correct HTML code by the way, just to get illustration. Here we can see we made Footer with some background. We can also make different approach with CSS. We can write HTML code <div id="footer></div>, here we didn't make background declaration. Instead of it, we do it in CSS with code #footer:background:url(....something http);. So we get separate and clean (X)HTML code which is linked to CSS file to get layout code. Probably till now newcomer didn't get the picture why is this better. So let me explain. If you site has complex layout, and you are working without CSS separate file, then your HTML file can get 20kB big or more. If you make clean HTML file and separate CSS file, then HTML file is let's say 5kB big and CSS is 10kB big. CSS once loaded stays in cache and file is not needed to be loaded again and only HTML file is. So with CSS we get faster page loading time and feel more flexible with CSS/XHMTL coding style.
  14. Haha, od kdaj pa ti tukaj? Tole je meni najbolj?i plac.Malo promoviram svojo stran in fotke Jebiga promet je pomemben dejavnik vsake strani.Thanx for comments, maybe I will someday write up tutorial on how to take good photos, basic things.
  15. I most cases I never use saturation or hue settings. It is kinda on neutral side. I guess I live in colorful-world. I am taking picture in place where I am move, sit, walk, drive, at work place (thanx god I have field work).I am taking pictures in RAW format and then converting to JPG in PhotoshopCS. I like RAW cause you can change WhiteBalance setting at home, if you mess those on the field.Thanx for good words, CYA

    My Brother

Yes, I also have brother. But never have had problems like you have now. I guess you are really scared for him, i would be too, if I were you.Drug rehabilitation is a multi-phase, multi-faceted, long term process. Detoxification is only the first step on the road of addiction treatment. Physical detoxification alone is not sufficient to change the patterns of a drug addict. Recovery from addiction involves an extended process which usually requires the help of drug addiction professionals. To make a successful recovery, the addict needs new tools in order to deal with situations and problems which arise. Factors such as encountering someone from their days of using, returning to the same environment and places, or even small things such as smells and objects trigger memories which can create psychological stress. This can hinder the addict's goal of complete recovery, thus not allowing the addict to permanently regain control of his or her life.Almost all addicts tell themselves in the beginning that they can conquer their addiction on their own without the help of outside resources. Unfortunately, this is not usually the case. When an addict makes an attempt at detoxification and to discontinue drug use without the aid of professional help, statistically the results do not last long. Research into the effects of long-term addiction has shown that substantial changes in the way the brain functions are present long after the addict has stopped using drugs. Realizing that a drug addict who wishes to recover from their addiction needs more than just strong will power is the key to a successful recovery. Battling not only cravings for their drug of choice, re-stimulation of their past and changes in the way their brain functions, it is no wonder that quitting drugs without professional help is an uphill battle.
  17. Some of you already have known my hobby is photography. So here is few wallpapers I have made. Download here.
  18. All pages on my site are W3C validated.
  19. Camera Obscura, dark room or a box with a hole on one side. On the other side, image rotated upside down could be seen, if a hole was small enough. People have known this principle of working from year 300 b.c.."The image of the sun at the time of the eclipse, unless it is total, demonstrates that when its light passes through a narrow, round hole and is cast on a plane opposite to the hole it takes on the form of a moon-sickle. The image of the sun shows this peculiarity only when the hole is very small. When the hole is enlarged, the picture changes... ."Leonardo da Vinci was first who made recordings on Camera Obscura, while Daniel Barbaro recommened it as an assistance on drawing."Close all shutters and doors until no light enters the camera except through the lens, and opposite hold a piece of paper, which you move forward and backward until the scene appears in the sharpest detail. There on the paper you will see the whole view as it really is, with its distances, its colours and shadows and motion, the clouds, the water twinkling, the birds flying. By holding the paper steady you can trace the whole perspective with a pen, shade it and delicately colour it from nature."Giovanni Battista della Porta (1538-1615) was first man that made big "camera", seated few persons and asked others to observe image on the wall. Upside down images were too much for poor observers to handle. Story ended as Battista was brought to court on a charge of sorcery.Taking pictures means manipulating with light, composition and colours, waiting for a right moment, "sorcering", to put it mildly.
  20. For xDSL users site is loaded fast, but I believe to Furor that dial usre might have problems with loading. Yes, graphics part of the site if done beautifuly, but I kinda didn't like Angst forum. Redish background with combination of text color is kinda hard to read. Maybe you should consider to change that color to more mild version. Void is something what website should be desinged, very mild color, I like green a lot. Nice job overall.Best regards, Robert.
  21. Oke I can't tell about the loading speed for your site, but since it is Flash, I guess it can take a while to load. On my website I use around 35kB of images (for layout) - image galleries can take a while, since images files are cca. 120kB of lenght. Oke thats the loading part. About layout part. I like colors, they are in good combination, so it is very eye catchy. Images are very smooth nad nicely done. My score is 7-9 out of 10. It think XHTML and CSS is a way to go.

    Being Sick

Yes, I have same story. It has pasted almost 2 months in this year and I have had flue for a second time. Half of time this year I was on sickleave, so on monday I hopefully start working again, cause I fed up with being at home only in my house and laying in the bed. Yeah, sunny days are coming, soon.
  23. Website designing is like building a house. If foundations are not good, then whole site will start loosing everything. First backgrounds needs to choosen from top to bottom. Go to PhotoShop and pick the color you like the most or you think it will look good at your site. Then you can get "harmony" colors by setting brightness towards plus or minus. You must also know the laws of additive and subtractive blending of colors. Here you will find lot of articles on colors and webdesings. And try to loose those animated gifs. I like them if they are mild and not fast. Also usage of CSS would be good idea and usage of English language for non-Dutch (i hope this is dutch ) speaking people. Sorry for being so harsh, but I just want to help you, best regards, Robert.
  24. @Vacant Yes, I just got idea (thanx to you) it would be nice to use those rollovers in links with yellow(over) /green(down). I use Adobe PhotoShopCS 8.0 and some add-ons filters from NikEfex. You can check their products at this webpage. @Music Thnx, you can always ask me for opinion for better image taking
  25. Ok, I am back (for a while). I had bad flue and 39 deegres fever these days, so my hosting credits droped down to 5 days . So few words to let my credits go up @SuburbanalCutsNever have really thought about getting my work printed for others to be ordered, cause I don't find myself as top photographer, but I will consider that in the future if my work gets better and better.@bjrnI will try make those angles rounded or only square and will see and compare results. But like I said my health this days is just not in top shape.@ketI will take under considaration those hover colors in links and email form, but I really don't know to get along with scripts, I just managed my guestbook script for a first time, LOL.@bowti3Thanx, yes photography is something I like really a lot and it is calming hobby for me.Keep visiting my site, cause soon in the future I hope for some hot pictures.Best regards, Robert.
