Take a look at this site: http://www.freeproxy.ru/en/free_proxy/cgi-proxy.htm , which lists hundred of those websites you described. Maybe you can use them or maybe it will help you to make your own one.

SolarX replied to affhotspot's topic in Websites and Web Designing

I've the "Imperial march" from Star Wars as my personal since I think 2 years.I really like it because it sounds cool and it isn't so intrusive as many other ringtones are.

Make Your Own Search Engine As Good As Google

It was only a question of time when they will get trouble with the "real" Google. When you visit the page you can just read: Maybe it was a clever idea, but not very useful... -
The Elder Scrolls Iv Oblivion Release Dates (official ship date released)
SolarX replied to Chez's topic in Computer Gaming
It seems that you don't know what kind of game the elder scrolls oblivion is or will be, it doesn't consist of a certain number of maps or is intended to be a multiplayer game. Don't think it's an ego shooter And in total they only moved the release date once, not "all couple weeks" -

Maybe we won't need graphic cards in 100 years, the ga or whatever will be "rendered" in our mind and you have only some wires going to your head and everything else will happen in your head. You will feel like in the game or movie, you will smell and feel the game, because your nerves are stimulated in a way that makes you think that you are in the game.Souns cool

I only turn my computer on when I need him and I'll never leave my PC on when I go away from home. And because my computer is in the same room I sleep I will never leave him on when I sleep, because i can't sleep when it is turned on :blink:I don't really understand why so many people leave their PCs on, even if they aren't at home, is it because of the booting time? I can only imagine some big renderings in 3D or big downloads (legal downloads?)...

I think that fits to the topic... A company called Lebedev Studio announced their OLEd keyboard. The ‘Optimus’ keyboard has tiny OLED screens embedded in each key, allowing it to display context information on the fly or any key configuration you like, there is even a "keysaver" ;-) Here you can find some further informations: http://www.artlebedev.com/optimus/

I hope that Blu-ray wins before HD-DVD, if not I hope there will be drives who can read and write both formats.I heard that a Blu-ray drive should be able to read and write, they aren't seperated in writer/reader, is that true? And where can I find the final specs, I don't see anything about them in the links?

June 6th 2006 - The Devils Number Possibly the end of the world?
SolarX replied to Kubi's topic in General Discussion
Hm, maybe it just means the start of the 3rd world war, which is also predicted by the so called bible code (Wikipedia (http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/) -
I'm really suprised how fast the internet conecctions are already in other countries.I've "only" 2 Mbit/sec, but I think thats enough. One of the huge providers in my coutry wants to offer 16 MBit/sec in the near future (maybe 1 month)

I can only agree you in all points, other game studios deliver this content as a free extra pack, but they want 10$ for it.I won't buy it and I guess many others too. It seems that they didn't even make a new army, just added some vehicles and maps. And do we really need another unlockable weapon, which has only another skin and another sound, but is similar to the 3 available weapons for each kit? And I'm wondering how they will make a "European Army" - there isn't a "European Army" in real, so how will the unifroms look?

This is a very simple pyramid scheme nothing really new or good.Only the people on the top of the pyramid will earn money (and only if there are enough dumb people who think they can get rich on this way) and all the other people (lets say 90%) will never be in profit. So I would suggest you to let your hands out from such a "money making opportunity"

SolarX replied to darkvirus's topic in Computer Gaming
I've voted for Battlefield 2.It's the only game I played online in the last time and it has a really good long time motivation with all those medals, ranks and weapons you can unlock. -
What Great Games Are You Playing At The Moment... ...
SolarX replied to alemb's topic in Computer Gaming
I'm still playing Battlefield 2, the award and rank system is a good long time motivation, and the game never becomes boring because every match is unique. Is supertux a game with Tux the linux pinguine (l only know tuxracer )? -
I use Opera since version 5 and still love it.Like they say on their website, it is simply the fastest browser on earth and I think the most handy one.I really like the huge possibilities to change the look of the interface and the security that Opera gives me.

Well to be honest..this is a good feature of the browsers which are not having this! The reason is that most of the spywares get installed because of this active X only! 219058[/snapback] That really true, I don't know any useful function of these "ActiveX" controls.I think they are also invented by microsoft, which is not so ... erm... you know

I collect euro coins.Every country in Europe who has the euro has an individual image on the back of the coin. So it's fun to collect every coin with every back image from every country (I think there are over 13 countries who have the euro).
