  1. HiI didn't know that there were other than paypal. Paypal I know is owned by ebay and I figured it was a monopoly microsoft style.I guess I will have to check the others.ThanksPatrick
  2. HiHas anybody tried the doom 3 add on pack? I forgot it's name but I am sure you will know what I am talking about.Add on pack usually bring a lot of new stuff to a game beside new levels, I remember for Q2 and Q3 I loved the add on packs even more than the regular games.Does the doom 3 add on bring anything beside new levels? Thanks a lotPatrick
  3. HiWho do you hate or dislike the most, there's got to be someone that you just can't stand even though I am sure a couple of "I love everyone" will post.I have a guy at work that really gets on my nerves to the point where I stopped even saying hello to him. I think he is extremely jealous of me but I am not sure why, he made nasty comments when I would be talking to other employees especially female ones, he tried to show off or whatever, he is probably insecure.I tried to ignore it and figured he would drop it but no, he kept at it, so I don't even acknowledge him when he talks to me and that has seemed to do it as he stays away and don't get involved in my conversations anymore. So yes I kind of hate that moron a little. Who do you hate?Patrick
  4. HiMy favorite one is "noonline gamefor me",, I do not like to play online at all and really prefer playing alone on my PC, with my dial up connection it would be hard anyway.I like to play when I want, at the skill level I want and do what I want without having to deal with other people which often can ruin your day online.Patrick
  5. HiWell I am not as much as you might be into cars, when I see a nice one, it definitely attracts my attention but overall never been a car person. As a kid never played with little cars. Today I own a Ford escort and my wife a Mercury Sable, they get the job done. If I could buy something I want right now without being too much out of my wallet, it would be a Ford expedition, I need the room for all my gera when I go away and to eventually tow my boat behind it. Now if we are talking out of my wallet reach then a Ferrari Testarossa or a Big BMW convertible.Patrick
  6. HiDoes anybody follows world news a little bit here? What is happening in Uzbekistan is rather scary, hundreds of people killed by government forces. They say they were islamic militants trying to start a coup. The pictures on TV and various websites are terrible.I doubt the world will ever have 100 % peace, it will never happened.Patrick
  7. HiI like what you have done so far, unlike posters here, I do like the colors unless you changed them recently which could explain why they didn't like them.I would make the fonts a little bigger.Other than that, put some content in it and post again as content will change the whole look.Good luckPatrick
  8. HiBefore I start let me tell you that your mother in law is not a pet and should be listened to Ok joke out of the way, what is your favorite pet? I mean not a particular pet that you have at home but more a species.I love all kinds including dogs, cats, lizards and fish.I currently do not have a dog but it has to be number one for most of you, it is for me, they are smart and reliable.Patrick
  9. HiI don't mean to keep people not living in the states to not answer even if they have never been here, they must have an idea if California, Ohio or Vermont would rock their boat.I myself like the beach, ocean, diving and palm trees so I vote Florida hands down even if I currently live in Georgia.I am not a US citizen by the way, been here 13 years now.The question only includes the continental USA (No Alaska or Hawai).Patrick
  10. HiThe biggest issues in the world right now are for me, the war in Irak, the recent riots in Uzbekistan where hundreds have been killed and the european constitution vote.It is sad to see that when a corner of the planet stops killings and mass murders it starts somewhere else.As far as my own little life, staying healthy and married to my wife and pay my bills quickly so I can travel.Patrick
  11. HiI don't have a specific book, I like to read to learn something ususally, no novels here.I like history books, aircrafts and tanks books since I build models for fun.Patrick
  12. HiI have a little something that happened to me when I was a kid. It was extremely brief but I will never forget it.I was in bed and was trying to fall asleep when I switched position and just happened to open my eyes and I clearly saw a man standing next to my bed, I freaked out but didn't move and closed my eyes for a few seconds until I told myself that it could only be my dad so I reopened my eyes and there was nobody there. The following day I asked my dad if he had been in my bedroom and he assured me he had not been.I don't know what it was, my imagination, a trick of the brain or some ghost apparition.Patrick
  13. HiNo need to apologize, talking clothes is absolutly fine, this is a democratic forum I don't really have time to worry about clothes brands that much but I have to admit I miss Lacoste the most here in the states. It is here but not as available as in Europe, so you have to make a special trip to a Lacoste store to get their stuff.I have always loved Lacoste, their polos and sweaters especially, the stuff will not change shape ever even after 10 years.Patrick
  14. HiI ain't an avid fan like most of you but have heard mentionned of a Quake 4. Is this true? When should it be out and will it be like quake 3 or more like quake 1 & 2?Thanks a lotPatrick
  15. HiHow do you like to travel? Fast and in the air? Scenic by train? In your car so you do what you want when you want? By motorcycle? Or simply by foot? Or other I forgot to mention?I have to say my car is my favorite kind, I can be on my own schedule, stop when I want go where I want, change itinerary and the likes. My dad always loved trains and he could never explain why?Patrick
  16. HiThere are several places that I would be scared of being at. One is simply jail, being jailed and have to fight and keep some wacko convicts of my back, it could be real scary, this is why I follow the law to the letter, no jail for me if I can prevent it, and I ain't talking about small riff raff crowds here more like being with mafia members, gang members, murderers and rapist.Another place I don't really go nuts for is hospitals, I have been a couple of times and do not like them.I know a lot of people fear them too.Finnaly be stuck on a sinking ship in the middle of a shark infested ocean with no raft at night, enough sai! Patrick
  17. HiThere are several quotes actually that I like but I can't hink of them right now, if I remember them I will write them down as a follow up to this post. One that I like is from France and it says " A vaincre sans peril on triomphe sans gloire" which means "If you win without a danger you win without glory" which basically means if you are 6 foot 5 and pick a 4 foot 8 guy and beat him up to a pulp, you haven't proven much, only maybe that you are a coward.Patrick
  18. HiWell it depends on my mood. If I am tired or sad well only very melow stuff will do, if I am driving and some of my favorite rock tunes come up, I will have a tendency to open the window and speed a little without noticing it, king of the world for a couple of minutes kind of attitude. Patrick
  19. HiIt's very nice of you to provide all that info about creating mods. I don't have any use for it myself as I only play and since I have very little time and am backed up on games I have to play already, I rarely try mods.Patrick
  20. HiIt is rare when the canadians make the worldwide news but they did on that one. I guess there are really crocked people everywhere.Things should blow off quickly though.Patrick
  21. HiThey were talking about Ebay having the biggest amount of scams of all on the 8Pm news about a week ago. They were saying that it was used for big fraud items like paintings and very expensive collector's items.I buy and sell often on Ebay but not as much as I used to since it has become too expensive on Ebay.Quite often I want a book, a fishing pole or a toy, so I compare Ebay with my local stores and I save a lot of money with the local store most of the time. But I sell good on it.Patrick

  23. HiI have to buy a present for a 14 year old kid. I know he has an xbox system but not too many games as his parents are a little broke right now.I want to blow his mind with a game that everyone has been talking about, but which one?I am a PC gamer and know doom 3 is on the xbox but is there anything better out there?I want to get him action, shooter stuff. Thanks againPatrick
  24. HiWell I have always been partial to elder scrolls series, The Arena is one of my favorite ever but Morrowind just blew my mind, I still play it quite often. Daggerfall is the one that was kind of a letdown, very buggy and the levels were just too big.Patrick
