Well... it sends to me. I had to change $_GET to $_REQUEST to get it to actually display the stuff in the email.but, no matter if it send or not, it still ses that the mail wasnt sent.wot do i change to the script to make it just go to a thankyou page once it sends?

Does anybody know a good program that can record sound directly from the computer without having to hold a microphone up to the speakers and get fuzzy quality?Like say i wanted to record sound from a youtube video.I just downloaded a program called... SoundTap but when i went to install it i got a message saying that its trying to do something to the hardware and now or in the future may wreck the system.Anyone know a good program?Edit: Would there happen to be any plugin wor winamp? the only plugin for winamp i really no about is the shoutcast one, lol

I havent got any spam i dont think from my email address being on here.i have always got at least 10 spam emails a day.but i did just search my email address in google and the first page in the list was my hosting application...

I use open officei have an oldish versioni downloaded the new one a couple of months ago and still havent installed it, theres probably a newer one out now.

Well, for my site i need a contact form and a few other forms. ive written all the html. I need the php for it though, im not great at php and some help would be nice! no tutorials or anything seem to work so im gathering im doing it wrong. Habble (thats his username on this forum) made a tutorial to make a shoutbox.have a look in the tutorials section on the forums for making a shoutbox by habble.or u could just search his name for topics hes made, that would probably be quicker!oh yeah by the way, arbitrary, lol nice list! where did u find them all?

A while ago i had a site hosted on bytwhost and i had no problemsMaybe it was your account or something or something wasnt set up right...

lol sometimes thinking of something intelligent is hardanyways, get the whole site done on your computer so when it comes to uploading everything you will know it works fine.by me saying getting it done on your own computer i mean it so that you can fix bugs, make sure its functioning how you intended and wanted it to be so people who go on the site to play your text based game doesnt have to put up with bugs

i use opensourcecms alot to find this kind of stuff, though lately mainly just forums.ill have a look at those other sites you people pointed out in a minute.but people, i still think joomla is the best so ill play around with that and maybe get something donelol

You will pretty much need to know more than a "touch" of html.If you want to make i text based game you will need to use HTML and javascript for the extra special kind of stuff.

joomla would be ok for you to use, once you have it all set up, a content management system would make it a lot easier.Mark, isnt wordpress just a blog?

Just learn HTML and code it yourself.You wont make anything good with a what you see is what you get visual editor.Joomla is a CMS (Content Management System), not an HTML editor.I just posted in the shoutbox but ill tell you here, Evrsoft firstpage for an HTML editor, just google it, and download the 2006... The GIMP is horrible. i hate using it and it also gets complicated. The best free on is paint.NETbut i usually use photoshop CS2.shwaggy, i used to have paint shop some how (dont remember how i got it)I uninstalled it, its horrible, i wouldnt pay for it anyway.

My brother has a Wii! All he really does on it though is go on the internet (he bought a wi-fi adapter)He doesnt go on this forum though so he wont ever read it!
