1.99 a year is not completely true. If you look at their site, it costs $8.95per year. Simply, if you buy a non-domain service, you can add a domain for 1.99 a year.So, I guess your global expenses will be closer to 1 dollar per month, rather than 2 dollars per year.

Yeah sorry I got too lazy to go to the site to see if it was right. But yeah it's $8.95 a year but it's still cheap compared to the other domain hosts. I saw 1.99 as a discount for a purchase of a regular price domain. GoDaddy is still the best way to go for domain hosting. dotBe is not a very common ending for domains. People who want a lot of visitors should get a dotCOM or dotORG or dotNET and other ones that people would recognize.

Yea once I get my layout done and site finished i'm going to get a domain from them. So far I think it's the cheapest host out there. only 10 a year, that's fine with me.

I guess it can kill you by starving you to death because you're so addicted to it. But it is rare for someone to play non-stop a game for 50 hours, that's more than 2 days without eating and sleeping. I think it is made up because some people survived a week without eating.

At first I was going to recommend you the Flash 8 program but if you want to go cheap I think there are some around there. But when I looked at your site it looks like a full flash website would be good for your site. It doesn't have a lot of content so a small flash site would be a good makeover. If you don't want to pay for it just download the trial. You can make a site in under 30 days wth that much content.

I didnt see any animation except for the loader. What happens when the animation start? All I saw was a picture of a factory looking environment.

FLASH is the way to go for animation. It's a multi purpose software. I use it for websites like for headers and whatnot while myfriend uses it to make flash games. Another friend of mine uses it for cartoons. It's the best program so far for animation. But if you want to create 3d animation i prefer using something else like 3ds max, cinema 4d or bryce--not really bryce i think it's better for still images, but it's still good. Flash 8 has a lot of features for web design. It's got the tools you need for animation and you've got ActionScript for gaming. so yeah Flash is the way to go, go but it it's worth it.

My school teachers have to use Mac laptops and they have no problems using it, or so i thouhgt. But I think Apple computers are no good. It's confusing and unorganized. When you enter a cd in the files are shown on the desktop. That loks like it got a virus, and to shut down instead of the start button you have to go to file and shut down. I think people who are new to computers should use Microsoft because it's so much easier to use.

So what it's saying is that AMD is better than Intel? Because I'm looking for a new desktop to buy and I don't know which processor to pick. I was first going to decide on buying an Intel P4 processor but after seeing this thread it makes me want to buy AMD instead. Can you tell me which processor is better and faster. My friends trust P4 more than AMD but they don't really know a lot about computers like me.

I think it's a best for people to buy a domain name, they really are cheap these days, and it's a investment in future if you register some catchy domain name, and then sell it later to some big company

I agree with finaldesign, I think people should just pay for regular domain names like .com, .net, and .org They're cheap nowadays. I think in goDaddy they host domain names for only 1.99 a year. Only $2 a year who can't be that cheap and not get one. I myself don't have one yet but I will as soon as I establish a website which may take more than a month which is making me very impatient for I am a lazy guy and I work on my site every other day. I wish I had more time to make it.

Well most printers don't include the USB cables. I tried looking for a printer with one but there weren't any I guess because if they did include it their price would increase by more than 10 dollars. That would really throw people off. the companies would get more money if they sold them separately because it'd be too cheap to sell the cable with it. Damn why do usb cables have to cost this much money. I'm too cheap to get one so i tend to use one cable for 2 of my dvices my printer and my cd burner.

GMail is the best email so far. It's got 2 gigs of mail space, that's more than enough. I've only used 50mb so far and it's been 6 months since i got invited. If anyone wants to get an invitation just ask me i have a hundred left, literally. I'd also recommend AIM Mail if you use AIM.

Yea if you're going to pay for a game you shouldn't play habbo hotel because it's a waste of your money. You should play Runescape which is cheap and is alot better than Habbo Hotel. I got to make cocktails and all other fun stuff. It was a fun game even if it's free.

If I remember correctly, there is a way in javascript to kill pop-up adds on your site. Not that I remember how to do it.

Yea there is a way to get rid of them but the web hosts find them and find a way to prevent it. I tried a code on 100webspace to get rid of the top banner but it didn't work. I tried all the other ones including a Javascript code thing and still didn't work. I think that once they find a hole they'll fill it up.

i've tried shortURL.com, cjb.net, dot.tk, and i must say that all of them aren't good. But for a free domain i'd prefer cjb.net but that's it. i think that people should not be that cheap unless you have a newbie website and want to get a subdomain, then it's ok. but if you have a professional website looking, you should get a .com domain. godaddy.com is cheap only 3 dollars a year. or 10 i think but it's still cheap compared to others. .tk is short but who remembers it (from a web surfer point of view)

it's too good to be true. but if it is i hope that all of the victims get the chance to be cured. i hope that some of those victims would go out and encourage everyone to be safe and not be careless having sex with a bunch of people.

I used to play it a year or so ago and I think it's the same screw up business as Runescape but then worser. With Runescape you've got a very good game, but if you have done all the F2P quests it's just so boring, so you are almost forced to pay. Habbo Hotel is even worse because there's almost nothing you can do without paying, except for talking about and wandering around. If you wanna do a game, you have to pay, if you make your room, you have to pay. You just have to pay for everything. I think you're quite silly if you do this. I'm sorry to say this, but it's just what I'm thinking.

Yea i agree with this guy. I tried Habbo hotel once and it wasn't that good. you have to pay for every object you want to get. I played runescape and it has a much bigger environment. even thouhg it was free it had a lot of stuff. and even if u become a member you only have to pay $5 a month, and its well worth it. i tried member and there was so much things to do i didn't even get to do all of them during my 3 month membership period. i think habbo hotel is a waste of time and money! why would you pay so much money for a bunch of images, yea images that's all they are. plus you lose your social life being "social" with other people. I realized playing runescape takes away your social life and i suffered from it. instead of talking with my friends i was writing down plans to make more money. but now since i quit i have more friends but those games still impacted my social life and i'm suffering from it.

Americans are just plain dumb in these kind of cases, all they are trying to do is making money out of everything they can think of. Even if it means they are making complete fools out of themselves.
Any normal human would adjust the volume of their mp3-players to a normal volume.

ASTAHOST is the best one so far. Obviously since i'm hosted here. I've been in geocities, 100webspace, stormpages, this is by far the greatest. i only have the first hosting package but already i'm happy with it. I'm hoping to request the second one soon so i can get the 150mb but with just this hosting package it's enough for my demolay website. compared to the others, this has NO ADS!

yooo to those who've watched the transformers g1:im downloading the episodes from the very old season, generation 1 and i was wondering if anyone still remembers, what episode or an estimate of episode was the part when these humans get these bracelets inside their vehicles or something. i wasn't able to comprehend the english language back then becuase i spoke and heard tagalog, and the shows in the philippines were english. can someone tell me who those humans were? were they the human form of the transformers? their new disguises or something. because i remember back then when the humans would cross their arms and then turn into this minicon looking robots and they attach themselves to their vehicles and transform into robots. then after a while they stopped showing them. can someone explain this i really want to know. ty. i'd recommend it for files other than videos. if you want to establish a video gallery, i suggest youtube.com because it's quick and fast. and also you can upload up to 100mb of video. however if you want to submit a video so it can be seen on tv (vh1 webjunk) then upload them videos to ifilm. i'm trying to make a video to get it posted to that show. lol it'd be fun, i don't see my rep going down in school. if it will tell me asap.
