VLC is my choice. It playes almost any thing lol. I mean, If a video file is curropt or has bad pieces, any other player hangs and stops in between, like Media player. But VLC just plays any file regardless of how many errors there are. If VLC dosent play a specific file means that the codec for that file isnt installed. You could always use codec packs or if its the case with DigiCam videos, then you can try installing the software provided, as in a video editor or something provided with the CD. and then play it on VCL, it works just fine.RegardsDhanesh.

uni.cc is good ??? .. I registered there about a month ago and i still havent been accepted. I followed all the rulses, but no mail yet. Atleast if i was rejected they should send me a mail stating the reason. Newayz, I kinda liked dot.tk, but since they came up with a splash screen before you open the site, i dont adore that much. I was curious enough to check this game out. Looking at the screen shots and game play, this seems to be an addictive game. somewhat similar to those "tamagochi" we used to get before. The virtual pets. This RPG works on the computer time and simulates day and night the same way in the game. F*ing awsome, nice idea .. but as a n00b in programming and NO knowledge in Game Programming .. i'd take like months to learn and create something like this. I could do it, but it would take time. To be pretty frank with all you guys, i've just started getting into VB, lets say a month now in university with programs like calculate the Discount on prices u enter or make a simple calculator that takes in 2 values etc. I have been a fan of the Nokia S60 phones, and have quiet a knowledge about them, but unless i get into the background i cant do anything usefull of my knowledge, hence started to learn programming in VB for S60 phones. I visited the nokia developers site and found out a VB add-on (duno whatelse to call it) , but mostly came up with the knowledge that in order to program S60 or rather any Nokia phone, the primary knowledge of C/C++ is necessary. Now m pretty bad it C and C++ but i find VB to be much for flexible. I would suggest you use CuteFTP or BulletProof FTP or just search for "FTP" on asta and u'll get results of some free FTP software that were discussed before. While uploading files to a webserver, i would normally suggest anyone to use a FTP Software. Just configure your FTP and you are good to go ! Upload and then go to install.php via your folder path .. This is one possibility, Please do check your Power Supply Unit and check its voltage. Sometimes when you have 2 CD Roms and 2 Hard Disks installed, or any other hardware upgrade you ADD to your PC, the voltage requirements increase. I had a 300W Power Supply and added a new CD Rom to the hardware. My Pc used to do the exact same thing as it does now with you. All i had to do was upgrade my SMPS to 400W and it now works fine. Plus if you have your extention socket that is shared by any other devices NOT computer related (like cordless phone base, lamp etc) do make shure that the voltage of those devices dont interfere with the voltage of your PC. PhpBB is good. Since its free most people who dont want to invest much in a forum software go for PhpBB. Some other free GOOD forum softwares include SimpleMachines Forum (SMF) >> LINK << , or if you want your forum to be embedded in the CMS then e107 >> LINK << or PHP Nuke >> LINK << would be your best solutions. If you want to pay for a forum software then Invision would be your best opt, cause its professional and got loads of funtions. vBulletin is good too but i felt it had a little less options for the users. But thats just my point of view. There are more, but these are a few i tried and liked after i read the reviews. The one i currently use is the e107 CMS, its got its built in forum software and is pretty complete with everything you need. Google just launched a Website Creation Tool. Its Similar to Geocities but adding an AJAX flavour brings out the best. This is still in BETA, so dont get your hopes too far The registrations are kinda held up due to heavy usage, but they now ask for your email ID so that when they are ready for more intakes, they would mail you a link or an invitation. I just installed a copy of Windows XP Pro for a friend of mine, and a few softwares. Now when i start windows and after the boot up screen, on the log on screen it says "Click to Enter" .. there is no password.This problem started when i installed .NET Framework 1.1 for .NET Studio 2004, before i installed .NET Studio 2004 i installed .NET Framework 2.0 the latest one but when i was installing the pre-requisites it just blindly installed Framework 1.1. As far as i remember when i used to install Framework versions before 2.0, i used to go thru this "Click to Enter" problem then too. with Framework 2.0 this problem dosent happen with me, it directly enters windows without asking me to click the username.I do not want to click the username, just want to sign in as normal, is there a way to get rid of this ?RegardsDhanesh.

Well, asta works just fine with swf files, i mean any flash works on asta so thats not a problem. About the File Limit, well .. asta by default give a limit of 2MB upload .. now i dont know much about radio blog but i assume it must be converting the file online and then trying to use the upload feature of the blog .. if the file created is more than 2MB .. it cant be uploaded. There is a work around for this tho, LINK this is the site i found, but when i reach home from college i'll post the thread that gives a workaround this.
