You can use Themexp and stlyexp to change the bootscreen, but it sometimes slowes the boot time. I suggest you not change the boot screen.

The code i posed does work with netscape i have personal tesed it opera, ie, mozzila and netscape, and it works in all. But opera it messes up a bit every once in a while.

Well i took off Yahoo and MSN Messenger from auto starting at startup and a few other progtams, i did a disk defrag and a full virus scan. and it is loading a little faster but still like 3 mins.

I myself am a member of many hundred online communitys and have ran several sucessful and not so good websites, Now the way i look at a website is that the content should be really good and updated very frequently, the Design of a site should be good, nothing to over the top, simple design is sometime good. So the way i veiw the web is:Content: 65%Design: 20%Structure: 15%

Well you could go find a free program to do that, (unlikely you will find anything), or you could ask someone here to make them for you.

No actually i am not exaggarating, i am runing Win XP service pack 2 with a 256MB stick of ram, i plan to buy a 1Gig one next month. but since like two months ago it has taken about forever to start up.

However alot of people do not beleave that, so Microsoft and Lionhead have got together and made Fable: The Lost Chapters. I have overclocked my celeron® 2.93Ghz to about 3.4. This has made it where i had to get a Vodoo Colling stystem. Ever thing seems to work good so i am happy with it.

Get the brush tool and set the brush at a 21 pixel diameter and a 100% hardness.Now, with the brush, create random lines, up, down, in all directions.Next click on FILTER-> DISTROT-> POLAR CORDINATE, and tick the 'Polar to Rectangluar' option and press ok.Now click on FILTER-> STRETCH-> CHROME. Use settings:ChromeDetail=0Smoothness=10Thats it for the main effect, what you can do is change its color a bit by clicking Image - Adjust - Hue/Saturation and moving the sliders so you get something you like.Play around with it till you get what you like.
