The thing that i would say helps the most is interactive menus they always make a site better and aslo animation!!

Ok on my website (not the one listed on sig) i have a really cool load up page which takes about a minute. What i want to do is have a piece of music playing in the background but without the user having to click on anything. Like say they enter my website then imediatly the music plays 1.Is this possible2.If so HOW??thanks

Yeh i wouldnt worry ive done it quite a few times and so have my mates it is technically illegal but are anyone who actually cares going to go on your site or watch it.What could help is if on the credits write who the song is by and who wrote it etc that can help you if you ever got caught!!

well i use gimp and is brilliant for being free , same with blender 3d program blender is reallly powerful but a hard to use interfacethere free and good but you are much better off buying software

Well the ipod mini is a good but (as it holds more songs for the same price!) and the nano sctraches a lot. BUT what i have heard is that apple are re desgining the nano!!! Im NOT sure if it is true!But the nano holds pictures, album art and is very small!!So in a way it is just down to what you want they are both good in different ways so its down to user prefrence!!If you want a personal opion i would but nano

OK as someone looking at this purely desgin forgetting what program you have done it on i would say it is not bad. The light although does ruin it a bit i would suggest one light every 2 lines instead on every line!!But other then that i would give it the go thumbs up (once youve added what you said you would!!) Keep at it

What about templates!i have never used them myself but have seen many good sites using free templatesAlso have you tried adding page effects?? there very usefulUse graphics(if you can) To make menus buttons etcPictures! (not some ones you found on the net)but pictures youve made or got made look very effective if it has youre name/site name on . adds some personal whigs to the sitecolors! only use a few colors (3 -5) on my currnet site in the making i used 2 it looks extrmley effectiveHope i helped!! matt
