It depends what kind of banner you want to create. If you just want a plain banner, any graphics program will work. Just get an image and your text and put the pieces together. Now if you want an animated banner, I suggest that you download an animator if you have one. Me, I'm still using Gif Animator 1.0 from 5-7 years ago. I know, sad, but it works and it works well enough for me so I'm not complaining. If you would prefer to use templates that other sites provide do a google search on "Free Banner Making" or "Free Banner Templates" and you're bound to find something that you like. Over the years I've been going back and forth for a decent host, usually changing the overall them of my site as I get older. I started out in gurlpages, then went to angelfire, then to 0catch, then to angelcities, then to ultrahost, then to freewebs, and finally 100webspace. None of them were satisfying to me. Gurlpages and Freewebs had to follow templates. Angelfire, 0catch, and Angelcities had ads. Ultrahost had lots of ads. Finally, I thought I had found a good host with 100webspace. Unlimited webspace, no banners, as many urls as you wanted so that I could get to all of my sites with ONE account. Shortly after being there they put HUGE banners on my site. Needless to say I was once again on the search for yet another, webhost. Then I ran across here and have yet to find a problem with Xisto. The space is more than enough for my site. It's easy and simple to use. There are no banners. Everyone speaks English. Everyone's really friendly and willing to talk. Honestly, if you stick with it, I think you'll enjoy it. Another thing, they don't ask you for one of your previous sites in order to host you, and they don't limit your time to get one up. This is really good for me because I always tear down my old sites and I just now decided that my site would look better in css, so I must learn css. Posting isn't hard, just find a topic you like and keep talking.

I'm picky when it comes to games. I'm a fan of them, but I get bored too easily. They got to keep my interest. They got to have good graphics. But some of the games with the best graphics ever I have not made a chance to play because I do not have the proper platform. Darn the bad luck. I really love all kinds of games, but I'm kinda limited. For instance, I like Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy, and there's this one game that I've seen for the PC, but I can't remember the name. It was some war craft game and it looked really neat. But my computer could never support it. I can't afford a used PS2, so I kinda stick to free online games that don't suck the life out of my computer. I know, kinda sad. One of these days though, I am determined, I'll upgrade my computer, get a heck of a lot of games, and just lock myself in my room and blast music while trying to beat all of these new games. That be the day. What kind of life do I have, to day dream about spending days permently attatched to a computer screen, a keyboard, and a mouse. Oh well, one day I'll get it out of my system.

As much as I love laptops, I'd have to go with desktops. You can keep adding to desktops, ram, graphics cards, drives, whatever you need; but on a laptop you can't do as much. Plus I hate the mouse on a laptops. They're really annoying. When I got this game The Sims 2 though, and put it on my desktop it wouldn't work until I put a $100 graphics card in it and on the laptop it worked with the default graphics card that came with the laptop and worked faster and in higher quality than it does now on the desktop with the new graphics card. The new graphics card is three times as powerful as the one in the laptop too, so I believe its something about my desktop. Overall though, computers (both desktops and laptops) change so often that if you keep the same one for more than 3 years without any modifications you're out of date. So I don't think that it shoudl really come down to prices or graphics performance, I think its mostly space, portability, and modifications available.

Wow, you've got talent and major potential. I think you need to do more with your site though. As soon as your graphics collection builds up though I think you'll be set. I believe that you need a wider range of techniques as well. Other than that, I think you'll be successful. How long have you been making graphics for? Have you ever done any by hand or do you always use graphics that are premade and just add different effects to them? Honestly, I'm just curious on what all you can do. LoL. I really admire your work though. Keep it up.

Wow, thats a bit extreme. Mobile porn? PSP consoles, KIDS use those! It just makes it easier for kids to watch porn. Think about it, a 7 year old boy would rather watch porn on a mobile device so he could hide. He can't move the tv to hide it from his parents. And teenagers are eveen worse than kids. They're always trying to get a hold of porn. If they could watch it on a mobile decive it makes it that much easier. Porn is spreading way too far. Before you know you won't run acroos a single person who doesn't constantly watch porn. Workers on their breaks, will be able to watch porn. I thought that the tvs inside the cars were bad enough, but I'm not sure that I could even express how far porn could expand on mobile devices.

I'll admit, it is different. SO yes, you have found success in this siggy. The color mixture isn't bad. I'm not sure who the singer is, so I'm not sure how I feel about it overall. I think its one of those that have to grow on you before you like it a lot. Don't get me wrong, I like it, I just don't have a strong caring for it. If that makes any sense. Was this your first siggy or have you been doing graphics for a while? What program did you use? It really all depends on your former work to decide whether or not this graphic is "awesome." So in otherwords, it's good, but is it great?

OKay, so, I understand that you just merged my header into one page. But about the menu thing, I was orginally going to use that code but I wanted one without images and was having problems finding one. So I pasted the url in that frame in case I ever wanted to come back to it. As for the main page, that was just there. Overall, I was just trying to get my frames to work. I don't know if its just my computer, but I can still drag and drop the frams on my computer. I really can't understand why. I tried it on my friend's computer and hers didn't do it either. Okay, wow, so . . . basically I need to go back to the basics. See, its been about 3 or 4 years since I have coded any webpages and since then a lot has "evolved." Dang it, another summer dedicated to learning a script that will not be used 2 years from now. Grr . . . why does the internet have to change! (it must hate me) I know, I gotta keep up. Okay, so I was working on my site and I noticed that I can drag and drop my frmaes. I don't understand why I can because I didn't add that script anywhere in my html. If you would like to test the drag and drop yourself clcik on the graphic or the marquee and drag it. It's not suppose to move though, even though it does. Please somebody try and help me. I would try with CSS but I'm not good with CSS at all, I only know HTML so . . .

Wow, yeah, that a big difference the version 1 that is. I don't understand how people can do that. It seems like it would be really hard to do. If you know f any tutorials that could help me understand how to do that I would greatly appreciate it. Sometimes I want to make adoptables in different colors and patterns and I find it really hard to do. After seeing what you did with the orginal and version 1 and version 2 I think that you would know how to do what I'm looking for.

I really like it. It has an uncommon shap and the animating effects are sweet and simple. The quote that you put in it is cute. Overall I really like your siggy. It just takes a while to load at first on my computer, so . . . I don't know what to tell you about that. I would really like to know what kind of font you used when making your siggy, because I think its a cool font. I think that you should be proud of it and I don't think that you'll get bored of that one for a while now. Congrats on making a really good siggy and good luck in the future, I believe that any graphics that you make from here on out will be of good quality.

I honestly prefer psp 7 and 8. I'm not very good with them yet, since I haven't had time to mess with them and I haven't had to make any graphics in a while. I think the last thing I did was a blog with the character dawn. Tutorials help a lot, and most of the time I'll work with the person while I'm reading it and then try to do it on my own. If I'm successful, then it was a good tutorial. I think that you should be proud of your picture, I think it turned out good but you may want to resize it to make it bigger, its a little hard to see. Siggies are hard honeslty, and if you have tubes on psp they're that much easier. psp overall is an easy program to use. The hardest part is understanding the layers. But once you've got the layers down, you've got it all.

Ouch, I wish I would have known about this when I had to do a project a few months ago copmpletely in ascii art. Mine ended up coming out stupid but oh well, I still got full credit for it. I like the first site the most, and I think I'm going to use those two sites on my site, to make it a little better that is. Thank for sharing that with us, even if I'm the only one here who didn't know that they exisited. I really appreciate it.

FOAMY seems to be getting more and more popular over the years. I discovered the site about seven or eight months ago and since then I've seen a lot more people get into it. There's a few episodes which I think are pointless though, like the coffee shop one is cool the first time you watch it but after that, nevermind. The first one with no dialogue was just silly, but I don't think I'd still watch it now if it didn't have and dialogue. I really like the almost one where FOAMY tries to hypnotize Germaine. That was just silly. But, yeah, spreading the word so that many other people may enjoy the wonderful world of FOAMY!

I but that they reached the limit though and there's no possible way to make a longer one. Woo hoo! I love Pliz-e SO MUCH! I made it my duty to learn how to understand him. Just because he's so awesome. "Jesus came to save the stupid people" and "Hello babies with the small bodies and the BIG heads, what would you like to do with the time with no mommies" and you can never forget "Stig-mata in the eye!" Okay, wow, I'm getting a little out of hand now. I could quote foamy all day. I think its neat that you got into flash, I bet its fun. I'm taking programming classes, so I really don't know much. The only things that we've done is scheme, java, and some weird Alice program. It's all pretty neat though. I think that they're good, easy, and simple beginner programs to use when you begin learning a computer language. I should get pretty good at java here though within a year. I'm taking a college course on it, and I am hoping to do pretty well in it.

Well its like this if it looks and sounds too good to be true it is just that too good to be true . I mean come on when have you ever known anyone or anything to give you something for free. I am 27 yrs old and in all of my 27 yrs i havent ever seen anything that looked like it was a good thing come out to be true.. I mean i once tryed the "free" credit report and they wanted a credit card and wanted to charge me $7.95 a year for a news letter. now come on how is that free.. and heres another one you think when you get a new computer that you are getting "windows" for free well you are wrong they just add the price of windows to the price of the computer package. So its like this if it looks like roses and smells like poo .. its poo.. lol

I believe that there is a form you have to fill out when you want to upgrade to the 150 meg. Or when you register for a website you should have selected the second package. Other than that I don't know what to tell you except be extremely active and bug them a lot until you get the proper package.

When I cant sleep I love it , because i love the night tyme the air. the darkness the latenight on the pc watching foamy w/ friends and just acting like we are going to be teens forever. Drinking pepsi and listing to loud music as the sun come up rocks. feeling the morning breeze as the sun come up smelling the fresh crisp air as you realize your not a kid anymore and you have to be at work in 2 hours.. ahh thoses are the memorys..lol

I prefer the color purple because the color purple is not light or dark, unless you want it to be.. and it also goes w/ just about everything. You can have purple and limegreen. or purple and orange , or purple and black and so on.. How can you disagree w/ a color as wonderful as purple? You cant..lol
