Actually, I have this setting turned on and I am able to access shared partition on clients. But, it asks for login credentials of host system.

Ok, what did you do on all of client machines. I assume you have same workgroup on client and host as you already stated that you are able to access shared folder over there.

Yes, definitely sharing on Windows XP is pretty easier than on Windows 7. This is just because of security configurations or setting in windows 7.However, you still not mentioned the OS of second PC. Is it also have Windows 7? Also mention the error that you are getting while accessing the drive.

Sorry! guys for updating my status of problem this much late. Actually, my problem resolved after the trick provided by wutske (Thanks for your valuable help). I think it is a bug in installer of virtualbox because when I was looked at my registry found that there are two entries one is for win32 and another one is for win64, but the bath of DLL file there is wrong. Generally, for win32 it is inside the"program files (x86) " and for win64 it is inside the "program files ". So, finally I had interchanged the values to make them for their appropriate place. After all that my Virtualbox is working fine. Here, I also want to attach my registry screenshots (since those are big in size) but not able find how to upload attachment over here. @yordan: steps you have followed seems like a network support for Portable-VirtualBox. And as the content at link provided by wutske stated that this problem occurs at Windows 7 64bit platform and I am not sure about your OS.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit installed on system and this script is not working for me. When I tried to run batch file first it create a folder named locker, then when I run the script again changed the name of folder and its attribute but still folder is accessible without password. So, Please can you help me resolve this problem.And when I tried the script to unlock the folder using default password (i.e pass) folder still hidden and its name not changed to original one.
