    My Animals

I come bearing very sad news we had to have our Mozart put to sleep today. :(Mozart had reached the grand old age of 16 years and 2 months old we had had him from 7 weeks old i had chosen him out of a litter of 10 puppies when he was 4 weeks old i had chosen the best puppie out of the litter too.In his 16 years we had a lot of love and affection from our dear Mozart. One thing no one can ever take from us are the wonderful mememories and the lovely photos we have of Mozart,Its strange without Mozart we miss him so much :(R.I.P Mozart 28/3/96 - 31/5/12
  7. When i was a child i used to love going on holiday my parents used to take us to Butlins Minehead in Somerset England a everything you needed Holiday camp. This was a childhood dream come true mostly everything was free for kids. There was enough to keep kids entertained Fun fair,Donkey Derby,Crazy Golf Swiimming pools indoor and outdoor ones these to name but a few of the things to amuse kids.We kids even had evening entertainment in the princess ballroom with Red coats to keep us entertained with dance and competions and we had Autograph books where we collected the red coats autographs.I used to love these childhood holidays. My early teenage years my parents took me to Blackpool England on holiday. The best time to go to Blackpool is the end of September when its the Illuminations this is when they switch on decorative lights all along the sea front.Blackpool can be a expensive holiday as i found out there is a golden mile of amusement arcades with penny slot machines which are fun and addictive the first time we went there i took spending money with me on the saturday by the monday i had no money left because of playing on the slot machines so i had to borrow some more money of my dad which i didnt have to pay back.Blackpool offers a lot of entertainment you have the pleasure beach which is a massive fair ground, then theres Blackpool tower which you can take a lift to the top and inside the tower you have the ballroom with a big Wurlitzer organ and you have other attractions inside the tower too. There are also trams that go along the sea front and you can take a tram to Fleetwood a little quaint town further along the coast.I enjoyed our holidays to Blackpool. In my older teenage years my parents took me too Oostende a coastal town in Belgium. The food chips mayonaise and preparé to name but a few,the Belgium beers Kriek Rodenbach and Trappist to name but a few and the night life are something you really need to experience for one self. And during the day, day trips to Brugge,Brussels,Sluis and Middleberg in Holland are out of this world. Our holidays to Oostende were my best holidays as this is where i met my husband.

  9. Ive always heard that stress is one of the biggest causes of a heart attack. And another big cause of a heart attack is obesity as the bigger you are the heart has to pump harder to circulate the blood around your body .But lately how many of the fittest of fittest are dropping dead on football fields and sports ground. And why because these people have been born with a heart problem that the never knew about till it was to late.In Belgium they have started testing young new footballers to see if they hearts are healthy before they start playing to try and combat these all of a sudden heart attacks.
  10. In the days of now a women does not have to give up their career for a family. There are a lot of options around to raising a familie now a days. You have stay at home fathers now a days that like to take part in raising their families too.And they are lots of creches in places of work now a days where you can leave your children. You also have day nurserys that take babies from three months old to school age the odd nursery take babies from birth. You even have grand parents that help look after the grandcildren while the parents continue their careers.Years ago the norm was the mother would stay at home and raise a family like my own mum did where i went out to work but in the evenings and then i was there in the day to raise my children in the day.
  11. Im not really a make up person although i have worn eye liner mascarer lip stick when i was younger and i might where it now if i went somewhere really special. My opinion is make up doesnt make a person prettier because you are what you are and no amount of make up wether it be a lot or less does not make a difference. And people who apply their make up thick looks awful and it is like they are trying to hide behind something.Another thing i find make up expensive for what it is.
  12. When i was a child and i studied it was in our front room where we all sat as a family and the television was on as parents would be watching the television so i was easlie distracted as i find any noise going on around me and i loose concentration even now being a lot more older. We never had anywhere quiet in the house to study quietly and our bedrooms we never used only to sleep in until we were about 15 when we used our bedroom to study or use for quiet time or alone time. And also we never had earphones or personal stereos to listen to music to ourselfs although i dont think i would be able to study listening to music through earphones as i would be more aware of the music.I think you can study more better in silence that is my opinion.
  13. A long distance relationship can and does work in some peoples cases i know i was in a long distance relationship 27 years go.And me and my then fiancee have been married 26 years this year.My husband lived in Bredene in Belgium and i lived in Slough in England 27 years ago.We used to write to each once or twice a week. And we used to phone one another once a week.I also traveled once a month to Bredene in Belgium once a month and would stay a week to 10 days.I think the relationship depends on the couple themselves if there is enough love and trust between the couple wether it be a short or long distance relationship will always work.

  15. I couldnt imagine life without pets being the big animal lover i am.I have five dogs of which four are Labradors ages ranging from six and a half months two and a half years and seven years old and a Mongrel sixteen years old. They all have nice names Marley,Gaston,Dido,Lucky and Mozart.I must mention Dido and Lucky are the mum and dad of Marley and Gaston.I have four cats a ginger tabby with white called Ninja he is eight years old and three black cats Ebony who is three years old Gizmo and Smudge who are two years old Ebony is the mum of Gizmo and Smudge. What a pleasure it is to come home when i have been out shopping all five dogs come and greet me all tails wagging jumping up at me telling me how happy they are to see me bless them i must admit when im out i do miss them they are my life.Oh and i must not forget feeding time its like they can all tell the time because minutes before i get up to feed them their are all running round excited and when we get to thekitchen they are pushing one another out the way its like they are trying to see whose getting their food first its quite funny. The puppies go first Mrdee takes them through to the sitting room to eat their food then i put Dido's food down in the kitchen and then Lucky and Mozarts goes down last in the back hall.I love looking after my dogs and i love having them around. As for my cats they are very loving too im always talking to them and their little tails wag and when i go to the toilet i have two followers Gizmo and Smudge their stay with me till i leave the bathroom its quite cute. And as for food all four cats think they are humans if there are any left overs from dinner and you leave it on the bench the four cats will fight over the left overs. The dogs love the cats too when they get a chance to chase them but the silly dogs dont realise that a cat can out run them anytime.I get a lot of pleasure from my cats and i love looking after them too.So having pets around in my life is a wonderful thing.

  20. Hello Sheepdog Reading this article had me in stitches so i thought ive got research this which is what i did.Crows are birds of prey and scavengers they eat plants and animals dead or alive.Crows also play a big part to keeping the enviroment clean by eating dead corpses and rotten food and they clear up any rubbish we humans leave behind. They also known to destroy a farmers crops of corn. They also eat insects and mice. They do prefer their food to be alive.I hope this bit of information helps you with your little feathered friend.
  21. Hello JordanI Dont think you have any respect for your parents your parents do respect you but you just dont want to see it like a lot of kids now a days.I think you want to leave home so why dont you do it you know to well that your parents by law cant stop you and you think its your parents that have got the problem with respect you want to sit down and think again.Like a lot of kids you dont appreciate what your parents do and have done for you over the last eighteen years. Its not parents who need to re-live their lives its kids like you who need to re-live their lives and learn to respect your elders.
