Hi Are u using a wired or wireless setup ??? If u add passwords on any of the pcs and choose make my files private.... Xp will not allow other pcs to connect without the password.... To block view of pcs in my network places .... Xp uses WORKGROUP as the default name for the workgoup so if a customers pc is connected with windows all ur pcs will show up in network places.....To prevent this right click on my computer click properties and change the workgroup name to something else say KEASHGROUP..... Customers wont be able to view your network If u follow both the steps above your customers wont be able to access or view ur Pcs.... users wont be able to view ur workgroup

Cut of text or images could be due to the cartridge running low on ink or needs to be cleaned.... As u said the ink levels are ok ... Try cleaning the cartridges..... use a tissue on the left over or dried ink.....Have u refilled the cartridges ?? If u have the cartridge might have been damaged.....

To host a cs server with steam is easy....Install the game and run hlds.exe..... Easy settings in them....after you click start.... It might show you a ip like 192.168.1.20 or 192.168.1.2 this is when you have a router....Some of you might need to open certain ports in the router like 20715 ...... Router access page address varies but mostly it is 192.168.1.1.Others need to provide their ip address provided from their isps... This information can be accessed through the router page under wan ip....Or simply go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and your Ip will show up on the speed test page....If ur ip is for example 192.168.1.2:27015 in hlds speed test will definitely show you another ip for ex 172.24.31.31 (this is my ip on speed test)So my HL dedicated server address will be 172.24.31.31:27015.

Check to see if any firewalls are blocking the program.... disable any firewall and try.....

Plz check and see if your motherboard supports 2 gb ram... Are bot the rams of the same make ??? If they are different makes they might not be compatible with eachother....

Hi you have a atom processor and 1 gb ram which is a weak choice for windows 7.... Plz shift to a liter os like winxp.... Computer freezing like you said is not normal and is not due to ur configuration.... Plz try run a full format of ur hard drive and install windows 7 again.... Dont forget to back ur files up before formating.... Freezing would be a os related problem thus i recommend you get windows 7 reinstalled from scratch....

As you said your card reader has a serial port... you will have to buy a usb to serial converter cable.... It is called also known as USB 2 RS232 converter.....

It could just be that the slot where u insert the jack is damaged and still detecting the headphones even when u plug it out..... It its in warranty get it done at the store u bought it from.... Or try uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them back....

If you have received a recovery dvd or a windows 7 dvd with your laptop then its possible... If now you will have to go and get one.... Either buy a licensed dvd or download it if u already have a license ..... Once you have a windows 7 dvd just insert the dvd and restart your computer... Make sure you boot from cd/dvd if u have not done so in the bios...Once you boot from dvd a message will appear.... Press any key to boot from cd..... Once you start the setup you can choose to format/ repartition / resize your hard disk.... Rest is pretty simple just read the instructions and continue.... Hope this helps...

Go into control panel, Add and remove programs..... Click on add and remove windows components.... Once the page loads with windows programs in them just uncheck internet explorer and click next..... Ur done...

If it can read regular cds and cannot read dvds... there is a problem with ur dvd drive it may need to be replaced..... Get a external dvd rw... It will be a cheaper option than replacing ur current laptop dvd drive...

Plz post the specs of ur pc..... If ur gna install the original version it has to be compatible with ur hardware.... Hacked versions have compatible drives for most of the new devices..... Some hacked versions like JaS, Kalyway, iATKOS, iPC and iDeneb exists...... You have to download the os and burn it onto a dvd... Insert the dvd while booting like you would do in windows xp or 7....

If your computer isnt functional... Start from the basics... Ram ... Try shifting it.. 1 beep = Normal computer startup.... If u hear a constant beeeeeep its the graphic card tht has a problem... If u hear a beep beep after evry 1 or 2 seconds.... Ram problems... If u hear no beep but your computer powers up.... It could be your cpu... It may need to be replaced or just cleaned and stuck back in....

Msconfig has all the information of every startup item.... If you are referring to stray programs like spyware, adware or a virus..... These are even undetectable by some antivirus programs..... Thanks guys.... And one more thing if you do run msconfig please do not play around with the Microsoft programs..... Disabling wrong programs could disable audio, video and others like cd burning......

Go to run type msconfig and hit enter....Go to startup and u can tick all that you want to load up during startup and untick the rest....

You could just unscrew your keyboard.... The screws or screw will be on the back side.... It will be marked with a small keyboard....Once you get your keyboard out it will be easier to work with....

If your viewing your website on your own pc and it takes time... I recommend you get a faster PC, Upgrades or you can format your system and try....If you are trying to view it faster from a web server..... You need to have a fast enough internet connection to actually load a 12MB file in seconds...... I think a 2Mbps or above would be fine but if you are trying to get it load faster with a slow internet connection ..... Its just not possible...

Mac is a good operating system for Novice users....AndMac can also be really powerful designers system....Had installed mac on my dv2000 and it seems more stable than windows in networking, Cd burning and few other features thats it....Windows is better than mac in lots of ways but sometimes its the other way round too.....

Did you try contacting your hosting provider ?? It could be a simple mistake.....If i remember right there are logs in cpannel to track your bandwidth consumtion.....Some of the ways i know how bandwidth could be used up....Bandwidth is calculated according to what you have uploaded or downloaded to and from your current web host....If you have uploaded a lot of files....If you have downloaded thoses files....If you host a file and others keep downloading....

I posted a review about zanzibarjones's logo It must have got deleted.... I specially liked the purple, background shades and colors.... Dark but looks really sweet.... It does not make a difference where i post.... Its a forum and in a few days this post will be dead and stagnant for years.....
