Yes! I made it in I tihnk it was my firewall. How do I add it to a trusted zone?

One way of doing that is, opening the Zone Alarm alerts, you will see that Xisto was blocked, click on the line where the blocked site is displayed, you will se a pop-up appearing, click in "add this site to the trusted zone".

The proper question is: which IP should you list it as trusted?

The answer is your domain, of course; not Xisto. However, your sub-domain provided by Xisto can be found by pining your sub-domain name.

Start > run > cmd

And type

ping h2.astahost.com

This will show your sub-domain's IP address (which is the IP address for gamma server)

Hey everyone!Can anyone help me with this annoying certificate error. :blink: I think I have to download the certificate and import it to the trusted certificates list.
