kgd2006 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2006 (edited) Its been awhile since I access my account through cpanel, because I usually use dreamweaver to upload all my files directly to the host. But as I try to access my cpanel, I go to a broken link. Can someone confirm that this is the address to cpanel?yoursite.com/cpanel...mines for example would be:http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/Oh yea its been like this for the past month, whenever I tried to access my account. But I cant seem to get to it...whoever gets the chance to help me, could you tell me how to find resolution to this problem. thanks in advance. pyost 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2006 Interesting.. I can't access the cPanel from that address, either, but it works when you exclude the www prefix. So, try this address: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
yordan 10 Report post Posted September 28, 2006 Yes, and I access mine even without the http:// part, I simply type mysite.astahost.com/cpanel

Most modern browsers auto-add the http:// of course because it is the standard protocol on the web.Alternatively you could use yourpage.astahost.com:2083, because this is the cpanel port. I use this one, because I'm lazy when it comes to typing...By the way, because it is a special port, you can't access it from many school servers.Good luck, Ruben
