403 - Forbidden On my root directory

After finally getting out of the red zone, I go to access my site and this is what I see:

ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Port 80

I even tried a subdomain I set up, http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and I get the same thing!

Anyone else having the same problem or know why?

My site give 403 as well...It did it earlier today... then it worked for a while again and now it's forbidden again. Hope it gets sorted out soon...

chmod public_html in your FTP client to 777, it seems a small server problem unset this.

Yeah, it was happening to me earlier too, but it seems to be fine now.Do Nils or Vujsa know what happened?
