Here's a testimonial I wrote for Xisto - Web Hosting over at webhostingstuff.com. It's pretty much the same, with a couple of tweaks in it.

Xisto - Web Hosting rocks, they have a great support team that really are there to help. No matter what the situation was, they remained professional and were able to get me through it. They have great packages to choose from, and features others would never think of having. Unlike other hosts who usually allow for a high server load, Xisto - Web Hosting usually keeps it low, and I've never experienced higher than a .50 server load. If you are in need of hosting, then you need to try Xisto - Web Hosting, you won't regret it.

We have been online since the 30th of June, 2007. And are hosted by Xisto - Web Hosting.Com since November. And guess what, we've sticked to them from that time on, until now and will continue be a proud site under their care!

The customer support is excellent, the site respond is very quick! Everything is just so handy and affordable, you really get what you pay for, and even more!

Before I came to know about Xisto - Web Hosting.Com hostnig plans, I had purchased various hosting plans from other hosting providers. But I was not fully satisfied. I had somewhat problems for some reasons.

At Xisto - Web Hosting.Com, I feel at total ease. All plans are affordable ones, that is one of the reasons I am planning on a longer run with Xisto - Web Hosting. It has all plans for all needs, from small sites to large sites. Bottomline is, their plans are very competitive and affordable ones. I couldn't find any other hosting providers offering such lucrative plans. I would give 5 out of 5 for cheap hosting plans.

Second thing, I like about Xisto - Web Hosting is their Customer Service. They have this Live Help too. Mostly, I don't any problems but sometimes I see my sites down for just couple of seconds or sometimes few minutes. If I get to notice them at the moment, I talk to them through email, live help or telecon, and I get the immediate solution. Sometimes, even before our telecon is over, solution is obtained. As I've my sites running on shared hosting, I get to see Sql downtime sometimes, and not always. But the customer care is outstanding. I'm a man of words. So I always feel that there should be reliable persons at the other side, who has listening and understanding power and at the same time skills of solving a problem fast. Xisto - Web Hosting has it all. I would give 5 out of 5 for their customer service too. Please note that, I have had various experiences with customer cares of other hosting providers and my rating is depending upon that.

They provide cPanel with lots of features. Truly happy with that too.

My message to all those struggling webmasters, who do not have big budgets for their small-medium websites, Xisto - Web Hosting is the right choice. Once you get in, you won't get out.

Now, to some people this might seem like a post from Xisto - Web Hosting member himself, but believe me guys, this is just because I am so happy with their hosting. Otherwise, I'm one of the big critics anyone can find! I don't appreciate anyone just for its sake.

The web hosting does what it says out the box simply the stats.. The server connection seems a little slow and could be improved. The support staff is the worst I have seen on a dedicated web hosting company I have had to wait 1 week for them to reply to one simple support ticket to upgrade my bandwidth another 5GB there really needs to be an improvement in this.

It seems there are a lot of members dissatisfied with the support system. I guess I'm lucky to not having to open a ticket in the peak-time. Whenever I need to open a ticket the traffic seems to be less and I always get a quick reply. So I'm guessing it always depends on the number of tickets the support staff has at hand. I'm sure they're doing their best to deal with them as soon as humanely possible.

Hosting uptime refers to the percentage of time the host is accessible via the internet. Many providers state that they aim for at least 99.9% uptime (roughly equivalent to 45 minutes of downtime a month, or less), but there may be server restarts and planned (or unplanned) maintenance in any hosting environment, which may or may not be considered part of the official uptime promise.

Well I haven't had the problems that anwiii has had. I found the support very helpful and prompt. Maybe it is because I only use the "disk space" for my graphics site. All the other stuff in my package is Greek to me; I have the lowest level package. When I don't understand things, I submit a ticket and have had an answer within 24 hours or less. As I have stated elsewhere, I can add needed funds to my Account Credit Balance at any time using PayPal. This helps me, as I travel a lot and am away from my computer and the forum. Participation is a problem for me lately because of some health problems. Being able to supplement my Account Credit Balance has been an asset to me this year. As for the actual hosting, I have found it quite satisfactory for my purposes.

I have always found Xisto - Web Hosting's services very reliable. I don't know another free host that even comes close to comparing to Xisto - Web Hosting. The customer service has alwau been nice and friendly, and it seems that they try their best. Anytime I have a problem, I am always shoot them over a support ticket, and they answer it with satisfactory. Of course, they don't answer my support tickets immediately, but no one should expect a small hosting company to answer support tickets immediately. My support tickets are always answered within 24 hours of posting it, and that is good enough for a free host, and I don't need support that often anyway because I have held so many websites that I am can usually solve issues myself. Unless there is a technical issue with the server, I typically don't have a reason to use the support ticket feature. I guess some people may be upset with Xisto - Web Hosting, but I think it is fantastic. My problem is with Xisto, and I dropped my hosting account here primarily because it felt like a task to post here every month. I was spending more time posting here than posting on my own website. So I was pretty much posting for hosting, and not using the hosting to its full potential. I decided that it would be better to use a different host that didn't require posting. I have not decided what host I will use yet, but I may not go into paid hosting until my website is making at least $10/month so that the site is paying for its own way. Then, it would actually be easier to earn money posting a few articles on content mills. I could post 2-3 short articles (400 words) each month and have enough to pay for a bill at host gator. I can post 2-3 article in least than 2 hours. If I post three articles on content mill, that is like $9. I would have to spend much more time on Xisto to make $9 in earnings, and then I hate waiting for the MyCento system to kick in. As for the quality hosting, I will certainly miss it. I hope that my next host is as wonderful as this one, and that the support is just as nice and hardworking.

Just thought I'd post about some of my experiences with Xisto - Web Hosting. I've been with them for a long time now (I started with the free forum posting service and now have a couple of paid sites with them). Well, even though my original service was free, it was excellent. I had full control over my site and as long as I continued to post on the forums, I could keep my free site up and running without having the normal ads that free sites force on their users. That was the first thing that attracted me to Xisto.com (which was the free hosting part of Xisto - Web Hosting at the time).Well, though I liked the price of free, I sometimes found it hard to keep up with both my website and the forum posting, so I decided to pay a yearly price instead of having to post. It was very affordable and I figured my time was better spent on updating my site. They had no problem with this and I was able to keep my same hosting without posting to their forum. Well, since then, I've had to upgrade my bandwidth so the hosting costs a little more, but with the extra visitors I also make more money from my site. I would be happy to upgrade my services again, if the day comes where I need to (hopefully it does!).Anyway, I'd also like to deeply thank their support staff. Yes, they are based out of India and they work on a different time zone than I'm from, so I know most of my tickets aren't going to be responded to right away, but I typically get a response sometime during the night (most often somewhere around 1am - 8am EST). This is within 24 hours most times, except it can be slower during weekends.Also, there's been some recent changes to my hosting, where I needed to ask a LOT of questions. I felt kind of bad about asking so many questions, but Meredith (the staff member I was in contact with) was more than patient with me and ensured me that she was happy to answer all my questions - and she did just that - took the time to fully answer all my questions and concerns despite this being a busy time for them.It's this level of personalized customer service that keeps me happy to host with Xisto - Web Hosting. (The affordable prices and full site control with cPanel help too ;) ) I don't feel like I'm just some random account number to them. I feel like a person because they treat me like one. Yes, support can be a little slow at times, but for a small company based on the opposite side of the world from me, I think it's to be expected.
