Running, Jogging, Training How much to do so you dont overdo it.

That's true that running is best form of exercise. I go to gym for 5 days a week with 2 days rest in between. My workout starts with running on treadmill for 20 mins, then another 20 mins other free hand cardio exercise. Only after spending 50-60 mins in cardio area do I enter gym area and work out one body part each day. I forgot to tell you guys that I am suffering from Ashtma and my daily exercise has helped me to keep off of medicine. So running is a great form exercise for stamina building and to keep illness at bay.
